Unacceptable failed delivery
10 minutes before my phone was supposed to be delivered, I got a message saying that at the delivery time (10 minutes into the future) no one answered the door. I was home the whole time. Then I was told it was going to be redelivered 5 days later. My precious contract got cancelled due to the smart switch feature allowing to change phone. This left me without a phone for the best part of a week through no fault of my own

Couldn't understand anything the guy was saying - had to cancel as felt unsure and unsafe. Very hard to communicate.

The order was cancelled prior to delivery and I have the receipt of postage for the return.

Best sales man I have experienced
Antony Chamberlain was the person I spoke to over the phone, and I have to say he did an amazing job. After having a pretty rough experience with phones over the past year, I wasn't even planning on getting a new one. I'm usually the type of person who never gets convinced by sales calls, but Antony completely changed my mind. 😂
He was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. His customer service was genuinely outstanding, and it's clear he really cares about helping his customers. Customer service at its absolute peak. Thank you, Antony!
