Everything was fine, we received the ticket on time and everything went as promised. A reliable company and website.

We definitely had a great experience. I already reached out a couple of months ago to check a few things before I wanted to book tickets, such as the confirmation to have three seats next to each other (not only in the same section) as we have our 10-year old with us.

Hence, I booked three tickets for the game Tottenham Hotspur VS Liverpool with Footballtickethome.com.
On the day of the match contact was made via Whatsapp for all the details (as previously informed). This also went very smoothly.
We got fantastic Seats (next to each other ;))!

Too slow in advising customers what seating type purchased. Bearing in mind that customers are paying twice if not more than face value of tickets.
This was taken down to the wire and I had colleagues travelling from Spain.
This was undue stress caused by your hospitality team.

we got the tickets and they were great seats, just a bit uncomfortable that it was only a few hours before the game so we were a bit stressed. But can't complain, got great seats and the tickets came trough

I've received the digital ticket the evening before the match but the informations were clear and easy.
It was an unforgettable experience inside of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

At first I was sceptical, but a friend of mine did have a good experience and me too. It was an unbelievable experience. I watched Tottenham against Brentford. I can recommend!

I had a good experience with Footballtickethome overall. The customer service was helpful and communication was smooth throughout the process. The seats we got were really good and the prices were lower compared to other sites, which was great.

The only downside was that we received the tickets and seat details only the night before the match — it would have been nicer to have them a bit earlier. Otherwise, everything went well and I’d definitely consider using them again.

Was going to the Arsenal - Crystal Palace game and was let to know day before the match they dont have the tickets. And that i can be refunded. But its know 2.5 weeks and no refund. Saying my refund is pending. KEEP AWAY SCAMMERS

Scamming company, owner himself is a scammer bought tickets offline with me as a seller and hasn’t paid for 2 years, found out from different sellers his done this numerous times. Website and owner both scammers stay away!

Owner keeps deleting the reviews because he wants to keep scamming people.

Absolutely unacceptable. I was first told—via email—the Friday, 2 days before the match on Sunday, there was a supply issue and I would be refunded. That refund never came. I followed up and was then told it would be processed by early September, along with a confirmation. Again, nothing. Since then, my emails have been completely ignored.
This is not just poor service—this is fraudulent behavior.
Do not trust this site. Stay away.
