Our tickets canceled 2 hours before the event. The refund is still pending after ten days, I'll get back to you when I have more news.

Having emailed me to say they had a supply issue the Friday before last, I was informed I would be refunded Monday. This didn't happen. They then told me Thursday and that I would receive confirmation. This didn't happen. Now they ignore my emails.

Thieves. Don't use. I have lodged a complaint with my bank and they are reviewing the issue.

I bought 5 tickets and paid in advance, I specifically asked for "sit together" tickets, the day of the match they advised me the "sit together" were not available and we had 2 kids, I asked for refund they promised to refund in 10 days, after one month I haven't received the refund yet

Got our tickets off this company. As upu would expect a lot of anxiety for myself and my children buying on line amd not really knowing what to expect and worried in case I would be scammed. Buy from day one dealing with this company firstly online and secondly on whats app. Alex and his crew were very good. We were advised first day that tickets would not come through until possibly before the event but the evening before liverpool v west ham I hot an what's app message asking was I ready to download. I was guided every step of the way and told where to save my tickets. The company were am absolute pleasure to deal with. I got a 2 + 1 ticket which meany 2 of us were guaranteed to be seated next to each other but when the tickets came through we were all seared together and we are very thankful to the company for doing this for us. While the tickets online are far above face value if I was every going to purchase again I would definitely use this company for the sake of comfort amd reliability. Thanks once again for helping me make my boys dream come through...AF Cork Ireland

I attended Liverpool V Wolves, I was fairly desperate for tickets so decided to give these a go. Off the bat I have to say the price is very high, I got a pair. The seats I got were the back of the upper Annie, not great seats but there isn’t really a bad seat in Anfield. I expected to get similar seats to what I got anyways. When I bought the tickets they reached out to me on WhatsApp confirming the order and sent a mail. I was told I’d get the tickets 1-3 days before. On the Friday 2 days before I text to ask when I’d get the tickets and was told shortly. While every time I text they responded fairly quick I was not filled up with confidence that I’d get the tickets. This was because I kept being told shortly and I was asked on more than one occasion did I not get them as they were told they were sent onto me. I did however finally get them the night before the game. I followed the instructions given by the seller and got into the ground with no issues. They also text me asking me to confirm I got in with no issues which was good. All in all I got to see the game and had a great day. It wasn’t without a bit of anxiety beforehand as your always taking a risk going this route with tickets, especially with Anfield as there is many stories of people having issues with using e tickets when not going through the correct channels.

I have used Football Ticket Home several times for English Premier League tickets, coming from the US to see matches. They have delivered each time on the experience I expected. Also, their chat function works great, with fast response when a question is asked. I recommend Football Ticket Home for those wanting to see a specific game, but cannot get a ticket with the club.

I attended Liverpool V Wolves, Klopps last game. I want to be transparent with my review, to be fair to both the seller and potential customers. I think it’s worth noting that I’m Irish as I’m sure there are thousands of Irish looking for Liverpool tickets each week they play at Anfield. I bought my ticket on the Friday night before the game. I was happy to pay the price being asked as I felt it was fair given it was Klopps last game and also once I had committed if it didn’t work out I was ok with that too, that’s the risk you take with websites. I had regular communication via what’s app with the support team, they were relatively quick with their responses. I was told I’d have the ticket before 9pm on the Saturday but it didn’t come through. I was then told it would be 10am on the day of the game but it didn’t come through. I received a text around 2pm to say I would have the ticket before 3pm, one hour before kick off. I had given up hope at this stage so conceded defeat and got myself a nice spot in the Sandon to watch the game. Then at 3pm I received a text with a ticket, it turned out to be a hospitality ticket, I downloaded the ticket to my wallet but was then informed to delete it immediately as it was intended for another customer. I did that and another ticket came through 15 minutes later. I have to say it was a very stressful experience and at the same time the ticket I received was phenomenal, Kenny Dalglish stand about 15 rows from the pitch for Klopps last game, an experience I’ll never forget. If the delivery time could be improved i would give 5 stars. Customer support were efficient and the ticket was legit. I will purchase from the website in the future but maybe I’ll organise it well in advance to avoid a similar experience.

Originally we had tickets for the crystal palace match in 2020.... This was called off 2 days before being played as the country went into lockdown. Footballtickethome issued me a credit note and 4 years on they honoured it without any quibbles. Then we put it towards these tickets for the man city match and going on the kop. All went very smoothly. Delivery was electronic with clear instructions. Follow them and in you go. Communication via web chat really good and helpful. I've used them a few times and each time absolutely fine. Good people to deal with.
