I was treated extremely poorly by the Assistant manager by the name of Aisha or Alisha!! It was so bad that I will NEVER IN LIFE SHOP AT THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!!
Her Customer Service was beyond rude & attitude just over all NASTY!!!
I can go on & on but I’m not!! I believe that the big picture has been shown!!
Great customer service
My time expired for me to give my feedback on the website so I wanted to give a big kiddos for the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from the Foot Locker inside Hulen Mall. I was assisted by three awesome young ladies during my visit to the store. Ne'Laya, DeDe, and Danika. They went the extra mile to make my store experience and my issue resolved so Im returning the favor by giving them a good review. I even offered to by them lunch. Which they graciously declined. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond. Also kiddos to the manager for assisting as well.

Also advised unable to escalate or chase for 5 days.
5 days past & called yet again - still unable to help - & advised to wait until order was returned to them, order now delayed in return again using DHL

My shoes showed delivered and were never delivered. Footlocker investigated the incident in one day and said we dont believe and never refunded my money. I will never shop there again.
Terrible customer service, procedures and staff
Bought shoes online but they didn't fit.Online portal stated shoes were not refundable. Went to the store to be told withput the card I paid with I cannot return it.( nothing like that mentioned in any emails or online- on the contrary- bring barcode and proof of purchase) The clerk seemed to take great pleasure in telling me it's the policy and that's that.( it's not). Supervisor said it's not the policy but the system was updated and it asks for card sometimes. Store manager was rather patronising with " why don't you have your card with you" asked in an aggressive tone as if she was telling her child off for misbehaving. And this time it was proof of purchase that was needed- emails don't count, but I needed to showmy online credit card statement.Needless to say this was my very last purchase from this sorry establishment even if it's the last store on Earth. System is flawed, staff rude and masters of passive aggressive behaviour, keep your goods Footlocker, never again!!!!

Ruwayd at the Meadowhall store in Sheffield was brilliant. He helped with my son’s choice of selection for school shoes advising what would be good.
Son ended up with Nike TNs, customer service was brilliant by Ruwayd.

Click and collect order
Click and collect order. Delayed which was fine. Then told by DHL delivered. Went to store, nothing. Said name on sign image shared by DHL was not someone that worked for them. Next day email saying it was now ready. Went in. Nothing. Later told parcel lost. No explanation and zero concern about me being misled and having two wasted trips. Offered £10 off next order, upped (or not depending on value) to 20%. Not accepted as I won’t place another order. Also immensely frustrated how no one deals with their delivery agents and requests for feedback are always framed as personal reviews of the poor person picking up the email or call. Any complaint is then presented as a complaint against them not company policy etc.
Poor delivery timeline!
Bought online. Delivery timeline is very poor. If you want trainers with 3-5 days, go to another retailer. Their delivery is slow. Waiting in my delivery to then return as had to go out and purchase the same shoes elsewhere.

I purchased a pair of trainers that was delivered by DHL to a pickup point; however, I was never provided with the pickup code, making it impossible to collect my parcel.
I contacted Foot Locker by phone and email, and the solution they offered is completely unacceptable. I have to wait 10 days for the order to be returned to the sender, and then an additional 14 days to receive a refund. From the very first contact, I made it clear that I wanted the trainers, not a refund.
I have been trying for over 24 hours to speak with a manager because I find their solution unacceptable, but I have received no response. They simply ignore their customers.
As compensation, they offered a 10% discount code, even though the trainers I purchased were already over 40% off.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

Do not order online a gift for someone because they will take your money first then cancel your order stating that they didn't have enough information. Then tell you it will take 5 to 7 days for a refund.

My shoes arrived dirty and marked, Footlocker couldn't care less.
My only offer of recompense was if i bought something else over £30 i would get a £15 voucher! So the answer to my complaint was to spend more money with them!!! Never again.
Mixed feelings
footlocker themselves were good but DHL were terrible and that's who they use for deliveries, my advice would be to get the delivery couriered to a pick up place, don't even waste your time with home delivery I wasted so much time waiting in for them and they just messed me about and attempted delivery with the location near their depot. Footlocker are hard to get hold of also but once the items came they were in good condition and as ordered.

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. First pair of trainers arrived damaged and looked like they had been worn before. Returned and awaiting refund, which takes 5-10 days which is far too long. Ordered another pair trainers and have been waiting over a week for them to be delivered. Incorrect labelling on my purchase by Foot Locker has caused the delay. Customer service are unhelpful and tell you what you want to hear. Will never use again!

I ordered two pairs of trainers from Foot Locker at what appeared to be a standard discounted price (£40 instead of £70).
I received an order acknowledgement email, followed by a delay notification, which gave the impression my order was being processed as usual. Then, without any real explanation, the order was cancelled.
To make matters worse, I was later invited to leave a review for the trainers, but when I submitted an honest review about my experience, it was not published. That feels misleading—asking for feedback but only showing what suits them.
As a “goodwill gesture,” I was offered a 15% discount, which doesn’t come close to the original deal I placed. It feels like a token offer rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue.
Overall, a frustrating experience: poor communication, cancelled orders after delays, and limited transparency around customer feedback. I wouldn’t rely on advertised prices or expect fair handling if something goes wrong.

The couriers service was shockingly bad DHL no phonecalls and their phoneline is rubbish local pick up store wasn't helpful at all and very rude. Basically I'll never order from footlocker or anyone else online again apart from restaurants. You just can't get the service these days. People don't deserve business with the way the customer gets treated these days.
