Looking at 360 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed dissatisfaction with the products, citing issues such as receiving used, damaged, or incorrect items, including wrong sizes or faded display shoes. The customer service was frequently described as unhelpful, unresponsive, and difficult to reach, with many experiencing long wait times and a lack of resolution for their problems. Reviewers also faced significant problems with their orders, including delays, lost parcels, and incorrect shipping information, often leading to frustration and the need to purchase items elsewhere. Delivery services were consistently criticized for being slow, unreliable, and lacking proper updates, with some customers waiting weeks for their items or experiencing issues with couriers. Wish I would have read the reviews…

Wish I would have read the reviews first... Ordered a pair of New Balance trainers. Quality was poor and were too small so returned to DHL parcel shop which was 30 mins away from my house, scanned online to say I had dropped them off. 3 weeks later, after hearing nothing, contacted FootLocker who told me that the parcel hasn't been received and questioned whether I had even sent it back. I told them there was a scan on the tracking number that I provided showing I dropped it off but they said that is not enough and without a receipt I may not even get a refund. They have said they will investigate with DHL and let me know, no timelines given, so I am just sat here waiting.....

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Absolute diabolical returns process. Not only do they not offer electronic return slips after offering it online but If you do not live in a city or anywhere close to where an actual footlocker store is located do not bother. They say there are available drop of points near you and mark them on the map (on their own website!) and then the stores themselves say it’s false and it has to be a specific place entirely. Sent us on a wild goose chase essentially since we then had no idea which stores were eligible. Will never ever purchase from this company ever again.

Frustrating and a waste of time. It’s clearly a ploy to make people not want to return items since it’s such a hassle. My advice. Save your money, go to somewhere more respectable.

Very disappointing

Shoes took almost two weeks to arrive (product is in stock) and when they finally arrived there was a prominent stain on the toe box. The shoes are white so it’s instantly noticeable.

Faulty trainers

Faulty trainers, all marked at the front, offered a 15% voucher and can not return due to writing being on the shoe box! Over £100 for kids trainers for them to arrive faulty. Will not be ordering from here again.

Poor customer service. Order elsewhere.

Placed an order for a pair of adidas. Transaction was simple and DHL were to deliver.

Deliver was completed but to another house. I emailed DHL and footlocker to see where they were delivered to. I received my first email reply from foot locker said my claim for a refund had been declined and the tra infers were delivered to me.

I did not ask for a refund, simply the house or location they were delivered to.

After some emailed back and forth I have the located the trainers. With no help from foot locker.

Better ordering from JD sports or someone more reputable.

Had a great experience

Had a great experience, joined the flx membership so got sent a 25 %off voucher .
Ordered 2 sizes of some trainers I've had my eye on for a while , free delivery, free return of the ones that didn't fit. Can't really fault the service , can't believe so many negative reviews, I honestly had no problems

They sell defective old stuff in new packaging

I purchased a fila track pant and jacket combo at Footlocker company Viviana mall. Within a single wash full set had bubbles all over. Fleece inside was falling like anything. When I complained they said it's my fault and not manufacturing defect. Very bad service too. Disappointed a lot.

Will never purchase from them again

Will never purchase from them again! Ordered online and the trainers were apparently delivered by DHL but DHL delivered to the wrong house! They won't send out a replacement pair so I now have to purchase another pair and wait for a refund in 10 days! Disgusting!

Would be no stars if possible. Terrible comms via email/message chat. And how dare I enquire about my order after 3 weeks. Reaching out to them resulted in my order being cancelled. Will never get my money again

Waited 6/7 weeks for a refund and now key worker discount not honoured

Waited 6/7 weeks for a refund, no communication or updates on tracking of item or how/when refund was issued. I had to chase several times.

I have gone to purchase another pair of trainers today using a blue light key worker code and it says not valid for this item. It is not in the excluded items on BLC site, it is not in any other promotion. When I went through customer service they told me they couldn't explain why and no further offer of assistance to resolve.

Ordered 3 pairs of trainers 2 diffe

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Footlocker.

I ordered 3 pairs of trainers (under 2 separate orders) so that me and my sisters could wear matching pairs. Only 2 pairs arrived, with 1 pair missing. I returned the 2 pairs in December using DHL, and I have confirmation emails showing that the returns were successfully delivered back to Footlocker.

Despite this, I have still not received a refund of over £200.

I only realised recently as my PayPal payment became due, and when I contacted customer service, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. They are now claiming it is “outside the timeframe” and asking for photos of return labels—which is unreasonable considering they can clearly see from tracking that the items were returned and delivered.

I did everything correctly and within the required time:
    •    Returned items on time
    •    Used tracked delivery provided by Footlocker
    •    Have proof of delivery

Yet Footlocker are refusing to take responsibility and are making this unnecessarily difficult.

As a single mum who had been through a car accident in December, I had seen that the return had been received and trusted that Footlocker would do their bit their end unfortunately I missed that they didn’t and now it’s somehow my fault. This has caused unnecessary stress, especially when I have followed all the correct procedures.

I would not recommend ordering from Footlocker based on this experience. Poor customer service and failure to issue refunds owed.

Damage Hat

I went into footlocker store in the Galleria in Hoover! I ordered a hat with the clerk online to be shipped to the my home address! I received my hat that cost me $34.99 in my mailbox all bent up and wrinkle! I’m soo disappointed and mad! Why would you package a hat in bag and not a box! Call so I called customer service! For one his English was horrible! I kept asking him to repeat himself !All he kept saying was I can send you a label out! I don’t want a label! I want another hat just in a box! I end up hanging up on him! I will never order another hat from this company! Lids woulda never again!

Within 6 months of purchase

Within 6 months of purchase, my shoes developed clear defects.
The inner heel lining at the Achilles tendon area has deteriorated prematurely under normal use, with the material worn through and holes forming at the primary contact point.

My claim was rejected by Foot Locker as “user damage”, without any form of evidence or technical report. Under consumer law, defects within this period are presumed to have existed at delivery unless the seller proves otherwise.

What is most disappointing is the lack of any substantive response to this point and the refusal to properly assess the claim.

I have now formally reported this matter to the relevant consumer authority and am preparing further legal action.

It is unfortunate that such a straightforward issue has to escalate to this level.

Absolutely the worst experience at Foot…

Absolutely the worst experience at Foot Locker Reading. The shoes were clearly marked £89, but I was charged £104 at the till.

When I questioned it, the staff member was unhelpful, dismissive, and didn’t even offer a simple apology. Instead of resolving the issue, they acted like it didn’t matter and gave no proper explanation for the price difference.

This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve honest pricing and respectful service. Being overcharged and treated poorly at the same time is not okay.

I will not be returning and would warn others to double-check prices before paying at this store.
