Store service great, FLX membership clunky

Store service great. Online service not so good. Express shipping available to FLX members £4.95. But it only applies to goods from the UK warehouse, not the Netherlands or UK stores -- which Foot Looker doesn't show you. So you sign up and the express option isn't there, or might be. Poor user experience.

82% 1 star reviews says it all

The fact Footlocker has 82% 1 star reviews says it all!! Please trust all previous reviews and avoid! Worst online retailer i have ever used and will never be silly enough to again! Refunds process from start to finish is absolutely shocking, unnecessarily complicated and looooong!! They breach their own 14 day policy (and consumer law) and couldnt care less! I am still waiting on my refund and i am not confident i will ever get it! Customer services useless! Incredibly frustrating experience all round! Go elsewhere!

Awful Unreliable website -

Awful website. No correlation between what shows as in stock and what they actually have in their warehouse.
Not worth risking buying something if it were for a gift or needed in a short timeframe as you have no idea if they'll dispatch or cancel it. Customer services are useless and have no helpful information beyond what you can find yourself. Quite sad, as Footlocker used to be a decent company.

Order trainers months in advance so you might get them in time

Ordered a pair of trainers several days ago. No updates at all then finally shipped with DHL and then waited in all day for delivery only for the driver to be unable to use the lift and storm out the flats because he is so dumb. Left a calling card saying sorry we missed you even though I was on my way down to meet him. Footlocker are no help and now I have to wait another 3 days for delivery. What a joke of a company.

I paid over $300 and something dollars…

I paid over $300 and something dollars for my shoes and my son shoes once I got the delivery notification I went to my Amazon locker to check but once I got upstairs only 1 pair of shoes in the box not 2 I called customer service and I get told to wait 48 hours wtf noooo yall didn’t wait to take my money now where are my son shoes his Jordan’s that just came out so yea im big mad this is unprofessional

I order a pair of shoes from them 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received them . I contacted them on many occasions and they assured me that it will just take more time to arrive . Now when I track my order it’s says it getting set back to sender . No help what so ever . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !

INCOMPETENCE

10 days after placing order still waiting..customer service was incompetent. Tracked my shoes down and they weren’t even sent. When they did finally send them they are sitting in a Wellington nz post and I’m not sure what is happening.. they sure did take my money though.

Buy at your own -Risk : Missed limited edition Jordan - Was told Footlocker not responsible if Delivery Partner looses Parcel in Transit!

Waited for Limited Edition Jordan shoe. Order was placed successfully. Monies Taken...- All good until here. But then Shoes never arrived!! They got lost !! . Customer service never initiated to get in touch 7 days into waiting when i wrote, answer was "that this happens often.. i need to be patient and further wait 2-3 days and report back if they dont arrive".. They still did not arrive... ( Instead of securing a like for like from their warehouse they let me wait this limited edition Jordan Grey ). AFter multiple chases . all i recieve as customer is "apology".. THey are not even acknowledging the fact that - i have missed on limited edition shoe which is not available anymore .. Extremly unsatisfied the customer care they provide.

Wrong shoe size sent

Wrong shoe size sent. Now won’t have them for my holiday as planned. Was told I could not re-order for 2 weeks! I was hoping a replacement might have been dispatched immediately so I would have them as planned, but no. Also Customer services were unable to answer my questions as to when my order would arrive and made up answers to questions instead of giving factual answers. I got a 10% discount with it being my first order, and the only recompense for the mix up was a £10 voucher IE: Only £3 off buying my second pair -in 2 weeks time!
Very poor service all round.

If I could give 0 stars I 100% would
I recently purchased a pair of Nike TNs for my daughter to wear as school shoes. Unfortunately, the shoes broke after approximately one week of normal use. I returned them to the store the following week expecting the issue to be addressed.

However, the response from staff was extremely disappointing. The staff I dealt with were rude, unhelpful, and appeared clearly uninterested in assisting or resolving the issue. Their attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience particularly frustrating and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.

It was also concerning that the staff appeared to lack an understanding of their obligations under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act, which requires retailers to provide a remedy when a product is faulty. In this case, the shoes clearly did not meet a reasonable standard of durability.

I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and resolved appropriately.

Ordered a Nike tech tracksuit as two…

Ordered a Nike tech tracksuit as two separate items. The trousers have a hole in. Now I have to return them as the picture evidence is not enough.I will either be refunded or the trousers returned to me instead of me sending them back for a replacement. I need to open a new claim to try and return the hoodie. Absolutely disgraceful for the price I paid for the tracksuit. Will never order from them again. First and last experience.

They take orders and keep money as long as they can after shaking the mountain reaching customer service they will say its unwanted delay apologies and then finally they will refund. In the main time they will use your money refund you from others orders. If u don’t get the scam yet welcome to order from them.

waste of time

Like other people have said, they sold me a pair of shoes, then proceeded to cancel my order because they didn’t have said pair of shoes in stock. What bugged me the most was that I had written to them prior to my cancellation to receive some updates on my order, since its status had remained unchanged in some days, and they even told me that everything was fine and they were packaging my shoes. Waste of time

I was hesitant to give 1 star as I couldn’t give none I’ve ordered trainers for my son for Christmas guess what they cancelled the order saw they were back in stock so ordered again came up 2 big he said it’s fine then saw they had his size they wouldn’t exchange so I thought I’d return these then ordered 2 pairs thinking if they cancel 1 order I’ll still get them guess what they cancelled both ridiculous service horrible customer service she told me to join the wait list again are you for real

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking .
I thought footlocker was a reputable shop .
My son saved up and placed an order using my account ,
I got an email saying they were delayed he was very excited for them ,
He’s been wanting them since before Christmas.
They emailed me saying I had cancelled the order .
I chatted to them quickly ,
To make sure the error was stopped for them to say :-
It seems this was cancelled due to lack of stock and not because you requested it, that's a typo we have on the cancellation emails .
They are still for sale on the site but have doubled in price !
