Great customer service
Ricky and Kai installed my new machine and took the old one away. They were polite and professional and it was done really quickly with no issues. Prompt, early arrival too so I wasn’t stuck in all day waiting for someone.

Brilliant team - Can highly recommend
Daz &James came today with a refurbed dishwasher. They were both so polite and professional even averted a potential mess from a faulty pipe. Can highly recommend Forbes, they are a very good company, fair prices, great after care and customer service then the fitters go above and beyond. Forbes takes the stress out of owning white goods!

I called Forbes office to report sound…
I called Forbes office to report sound issue with my current rental TV, the call handler was very pleasant and helpful found a replacement TV for next day delivery,
That evening I received a text informing me that the TV will be delivered between 12-3 tomorrow
The next day the TV arrived 12pm Ricky & Kai were very polite and helpful

They were polite and professional.
Our washing machine was fitted in no time and there was no mess or fuss.
