Amazing experience from the two guys that Brang my tv . Very polite men , Ross and Gary I rate them a 5* the sound bar remote wasn’t working and they reported it and same day I get another phone call from the office to say a new one is out in post

I have been using Forbes for so long…
I have been using Forbes for so long now and always a great service. They offered me a new upgrade that I couldn’t refuse. New machine was delivered this morning, the delivery drivers called me to say the would be around 20mins. They arrived as stated. Prompt, polite and friendly. Great service, Toby and ray did a good professional job of asking my old marching out and fitting the new one. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, friendly sales people and engineers.
The engineers who brought our washing machine to us were Dan T and Jamie.
They explained everything to us, had a laugh and joke, 2 very good blokes. 😊

Forbes white goods/tv upgrade
Myself and extended family have been using Forbes Direct for several decades now for our white goods and TV’s. I decided it was time for an upgrade/refresh.
Toby & Ray turned up as expected on time and with a pre-text/phone call with their arrival time. They do so love carrying washer/dryers in and out of customers houses, lucky for me cos that was one of the white goods I was changing! They got it all done and promptly dealt with a minor issue with no complaint cos the customer is always right, allowed me the few minutes I asked for to clean up the spaces where the old goods came out of and set up and demo’d the tv functions to me. All good till next time with competitive pricing and added benefits.

Great help from Woody and Shane. Plus the company staff on the phone who arrange everything.
My daughter is severly disabled and she has carers 24 hrs. They are a fantastic company. That cares.
