I ordered my parts online through the Breaker Link website and Ford Bits were the first people back with the parts in stock and a decent price. It was delivered within a couple of days. What more could you ask for?

I received a text from 1st choice that Fordbits had the part that I required. I rang straight away got an excellent service from the receptionist & Ross I think his name was we confirmed the part I needed paid by card two days later part arrived. What more can one say. All round excellent service by all involved including DHL couriers.

The price and quality of the parts I purchased was exceptional, I did have a query which was answered in minutes. Definitely a great customer experience from these guys

I ordered a gear box should have been delivered 3-5 working day 7 working days past and it still hadn't been posted I struggled to get a hold of anyone when I finally did they claimed to have been broken into and forensics had been in the building for over a week supposedly so that's why I hadn't been sent and would b sent the following day. Following day it still wasn't sent I have requested a refund for my £423 and have been ignored since and can no longer get a hold of the woman who I had be speaking with she has ignored my txts and ignoring my calls I would not use this company if u don't want to lose your money

Ordered a rear light for my car, after reversing into a post, which had been there for 13 years😀. Expected the part within 8 days, as advised by eBay. Arrived 2 days later. Took me nearly as long to unwrap it, as it was packaged that well. Will definitely use again👍🏻

Have recently purchased a CMax and it came without a spare wheel. Went on Ebay and found one reasonably priced at Fordbits. Got my delivery with no problem but on opening found i only had the jack and wheel brace. I contacted Fordbits via email and the missing wheel was sent out next day delivery . Excellent service and i will use again when needed. Happy to recommend

I was really pleased with my experience with this company. I ordered via eBay and unfortunately they sent the wrong side item so caused me a bit of hassle to be fair otherwise it would have been 5 stars!! But they replied really quickly to my issues and sent the correct side one really quickly and it was a good used part, worked perfect! Also they didn't have me messing about returning the wrong side part they sent.

Great customer service, produce exactly as described. Packaged well and sent straight away, and arrived a day early. Excellent follow up service too.

I requested a replacement secondhand headlight unit for my 2014 Fiesta via the BreakerLink platform and Fordbits were both first to respond and the cheapest. The company were happy to help reassure that I was ordering the correct part and this arrived within 48 hours via DHL. The packaging and service were exceptional and I would gladly recommend this company to anyone. A big saving on the £300 plus VAT quoted for a new unit.

Needed a new passenger door for my Mondeo. Searched on BreakerLink. Fordbits came back quickly with the best price. Decided to go and collect to save the delivery cost. Very helpful. Great service all round.
