Ordered a headlight but unfortunately it was badly damaged. Sent an email with photos to show that the part was unusable and received a replacement within 2 days. Great customer service, would use again in the future.

1st purchase.
Bought a power steering motor. The 1st didn't turn up ( delayed by RM) and Fordbits send another on dhl express delivery.
Excellent customer service and i would recommend using them.

Purchased a spare wheel and jack for my Mk8 Fiesta which was virtually brand new, arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition. Huge saving over buying a new one from my Ford dealer!

Fantastic service! I bought a 1.8 tdci engine for my Transit Connect after the wet belt snapped on my engine. Arrived very quickly and van was back on the road in no time. The engine was in great condition with no smoke and much quieter than my old engine. Pleasure to deal with 10/10

Very quick response from Ford Bits when I submitted a nationwide enquiry for a Focus headlight via BreakerLink.
