Ordered by mistake

I ordered a spare wheel cover and bracket for my Ford Ecosport only to find out later that it wouldn’t fit. I had to return it and get a refund. The item was delivered very quickly and my request to return it for a refund was dealt with without any problem. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

Great

Needed a replacement rolling parcel shelf for my car. Ford bits were very helpful, friendly, they responded to my questions quickly, showed me exactly what I needed & my order arrived in a day or so.
The item was in perfect condition& fit in my car with ease.

Customer service very poor

Customer service very poor. Was sent a faulty catalytic converter from this company which the owner claimed had nothing wrong with it even tho my mechanic said it was in poor condition and I sent photos of cracks in 3 place's which his response was it's a second hand part if you wanted better then you should have brought new even tho my mechanic also agreed it was in poor condition for a second hand part. I asked for a refund and was told I can have one but I will have to return the part at cost to myself. I tried to explain to the owner that the part arrived faulty which he denied and became very aggressive towards me and hung up the phone on me. I called back to talk to him further about my issue of returning part at cost to myself which he then said "send it back you get your money back end of and you have no rights to have the part returned at cost to the company as it is a second hand part". They are now avoiding my calls after I said I don't want to take them to court for £90 plus £8 postage. His responds was see you in court and hung up. I returned the item at cost to myself and now await a refund

we did not send a faulty cat, we sent a used cat, the buyer stated it had cracks it di not, we told them to return for a refund and they kept on calling we had over 30 phone calls in the morning yes i did hang up on him there is only so many time we can state for them to return it, he even tried to blame dhl for the crack and said he tried to sign for it as damaged but they would not let him. when he returned the item we refunded him in full

Good experience

Bought a door lock assembly for a Focus convertible - not a common car so not easy to come by. Fair price, good delivery time, part in full working order. Solved my problem - what's not to like?

Requested alloy wheels for a particular…

Requested alloy wheels for a particular vehicle. Recieved a great quote asked questions reposed very quickly. Was told product would take 2-3 working days. They actually sent the alloys on next day delivery fantastic. Alloys in excellent condition. Tyres in good condition with plenty of tread.
Real pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended.

Repair to track rod end

Rang Ross to see if he could sort my granddaughter’s car,we thought she had damaged the track rod end.
Nothing was to much trouble, Ross got us to drop the car off, he repaired it the next.
Outstanding service & price
Definitely recommended

Excellent service

Recently had our fuel tank drilled to steal the petrol !
Ross and his team at Ford Bits were brilliant doing the work swiftly and at a fair price. Would highly recommend 😊

Terrible Customer Service

Sent me the wrong colour bumper (I specified Midnight Sky at the time of order but the one they sent was Vision Blue) so said they would send me the correct one, which they did, and collect the one that was wrong. Then went back on their word and refused to collect it, saying it would cost too much and I should sell it on Ebay. This is very poor customer service when it was their mistake and they told me they would arrange collection. Will not use them again, especially since they are so intent on twisting the truth when anyone writes an honest review.
RESPONSE TO FORDBITS: Whenever I type my reg into 1st Choice it always comes up as "Blue" I have no control over this, it is classed as a shade of blue and that's why it has the word "sky" in the name - sky is usually blue, right? I followed the guidance which says "BEFORE ACCEPTING AN ORDER, ALWAYS CHECK COLOUR/SIDE/MODEL DETAILS ETC., TO AVOID POTENTIAL RETURNS & REFUNDS". I rang Lorna and asked her to make sure the bumper was the correct colour, Midnight Sky. It had to be right to fit with the rest of the car, I wouldn't order just any shade of blue. She checked the colour and called me back. The reason I remember this is because she was out of breath and said it was a long way to the yard where she had gone to check that they had the right colour. You knew this, otherwise why would you have sent me the second bumper? You made a mistake and you put it right, but you shouldn't have told me you would take the first one away and then gone back on your word. That is not good customer service. Update: I have a very good job, thanks all the same. I think everyone knows that when you start throwing insults like that, you really have lost the argument.

Lets get this right you bought a bumper on 1sy choice and stated your car was blue. we sent you a blue bumper ( you did not supply and colour code or picture to match too ) then 4 weeks after the bumper was delivered you called to say hang on this bumper is not the right colour you then said yours was midnight sky ( which is actually grey), we did not argue with you and state hang on you asked for a blue rear bumper thats what was sent. we then sent you the correct grey rear bumper within 2 days at our cost and now you complaining that we have left you with the old bumper to dispose of or sell on how is that bad customer service, get a grip with reality I HAVE THE ORIGNIAL SCREEN SHOT TAKEN FROM 1ST CHOICE SHOWING REQUEST FOR BLUE BUMPER NOTHING ABOUT MIDNIGHT SKY, AVALIBLE TO ANY ONE WHO WISHES TO SEE IT IST CHOICE REF NUMBER SEE FOLLOWING
