ForeignXchange supplied us with exactly what we ordered. It was well packaged. The only problem was a breakdown in delivery and this was, according to the post office a computer glitch that corrupted the numbering. It resulted in receiving no notification and having to follow up when it was quite late. With all that, I would use ForeignXchange again.

This is the second time that I’ve used Foreign Exchange and once again the service was excellent! Would highly recommend to anyone needing to buy foreign currency.

The rates were good, delivery was slow. This could have been due to Covid slowing down deliveries. Yes I would use this service again, if i had at least 2 weeks before i needed the money.

Before going overseas I use ForeignXchange to get a set amount of cash in large to small denominations in the local currency, to use as tips, at markets, bargaining for purchases using cash etc. If the ATM'S are down or my card is faulty I am protected.

Great and fast

I ordered IDK currency because the website said it would arrive in time before I flew to Bali. I was then emailed to say they couldn't deliver it in time so I cancelled my order. Then I receive a message to say that the cash was arriving (after I had left the country). I am chasing a refund still, even though the service wasn't delivered to me according to what they advertised.

Delivery was supposed to be to my door, I had to verify my ID and sign on delivery, but the courier driver decided to leave it in my mailbox without even knocking, and without getting a signature on receival.

Competitive, quick and easy! The team were great in answering questions on the process which gave me lots of comfort.

Ordered Croatian Kuna. very difficult to get as next year Croatia are changing to Euros. Received the money through the post office as it was quite a large amount as i was ordering for a group. unfortunately the money did to arrive on the allotted date, and when tried to contact Exchange the phone was not answered and it took me sometime to get a reply to emails, I was panicking that i had been scammed. Then received email that money had been despatched and was given a con note, would have much rather receive some notification that there had been a hold up, anything would have been appreciated instead of being left worrying. Just need to work on customer service and keep the customer updated regularly. Otherwise very pleased

Had problems with delivery prior to going on holidays. I contacted them and they told me to go to the post office as the scan may have been missed. It wasn’t there. They then told me to ring StarTrack which I did. They located the parcel and had it to me the day I was leaving to go overseas. Use them but make sure u allow a couple of weeks for delivery.

Very simple transaction and arrived in good time.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they were a little more expensive than others.

Currency arrived on time. Denominations were as requested. Couldn't ask for more.

Really useful service. Exchange rate was best, on offer, at the time. Delivered to Australia Post and collection easy. Really took the hassle out of getting foreign currency out of country.
