One star is the only rating I could give. This review doesn’t register Zero. Avoid this company!. I ordered currency on May 17 - sending almost AUD7000 for our family holiday in early June. They received my money and emailed I would receive the currency on May 22. On May 21 got email from Amit Shilotri that it would take longer to get the amount of currency I ordered and checked my travel time and assured me it would be in my hands on May 29. Well it wasn’t and no amount of emailing or phoning the Adelaide office and the 1300 number got Any response. Only when I put a negative review on google did I hear from Amit who totally lied that my currency had been delivered to my local post office. I checked for 3 days for that delivery - NOTHING - no StarTrack detail! No money. I cancelled the order and demanded my money. Again phone and email SILENCE. Must have got sick of me messaging them as on Jun 3 Amit Shilotri emailed that the money would be refunded and the case would be closed. This is now June 15 and NO MONEY Has been refunded. We went on our holiday without the currency and had to scrape up funds as Foreign Xchange had nearly $7000 of our money. They still have it and when I return home I will have to explore legal avenues to recover this money. If you want a stress free experience and total guarantee that you will have your holiday money go somewhere else. Even if their rates are good there 2-5 days delivery promise is not guaranteed and there customer service is lousy! Very frustrated and angry customer!

I appreciated being able to request specific denominations. I didn't get exactly what I asked for but reasonably close. Most foreign exchange companies don't provide this choice at all. Cash arrived in a timely way with regular updates by email and text on delivery.

Misleading information on their website. No follow through and no accountability. Avoid using them at all costs.

They never follow through on the requested currency bill size. Even after multiple emails and e-chats with the company they still failed. This is my second attempt to use them and once again they provided misleading information and failed to deliver the services offered on their website. When pushed, they acknowledge it was their error but refuse to work with you on a solution even denying a refund which breaks the law given their misleading information and communication. Second time this has happened.

No problems at all - I had no trouble with ordering or receiving the money. I got regular emails keeping me informed and the cash was at the Post Office when they said it would be. The amounts (two currencies) were correct. I appreciated being able to ask for smaller denominations, which I received. I didn't get EXACTLY what I asked for, but very close. All in all a good experience.

I was a scared to use this place initially but my whole experience was very positive. They provided the best rate that I could find and was able to find Mexican Pesos in smaller notes that was hard to find anywhere else. Pick up from a physical location was also quick and easy.

Highly recommended! Staff went out of their way to assist me. I could not have asked for better service. Professional, polite, helpful and the currency arrived without a problem. Five stars 🙂🙂

Delivery took 8 working days longer than quoted when purchase made. This meant I was unable to collect prior to departing.

Further update - 19th July and still haven't received currency. I have requested a refund.
