Refusing to refund

Refusing to refund
FX is refusing to refund even the money was returned to the sender.
The money arrived 7 days late. By the time it arrived, i was in Japan. The money had returned to FX on the 27th of April from the pick up point post office.
FX is still refusing to give the refund. Today is the 2nd of June.
If the money went missing, FX did nothing about it. Also it is not my problem. I had returned the money to FX. I am fully entitled to receive the refund.

flying to nz 2nd april 2022 ordered…

flying to nz 2nd april 2022 ordered 10000 nz dollars to be delivered to me 29th march to be personally signed by me passport etc rang foreignxchange 28th march money hadnt turned up there in 2 days delivered to courier 31st march 2022 confirmed by courier delivery date now 4th april 2 days to late no money 4th turned up 18th april in the letter box had to convert it back to aus dollers lost 800 dollars due to slump in nz dollar just to prove I havnt lost my sense of humour score out of 10 =11. any compensation for my loss could have scored you a 12

Don’t ever use this company the money…

Don’t ever use this company the money for our trip never arrived and I had to threaten legal action to receive a refund of all my money shockingly dishonest company

I allowed 7 business days and did not…

I allowed 7 business days and did not go to collect till 8 days were up.
I was told the money had only been despatched after 7 business days and my estimated delivery is now 3 days late. This will be my very latest time too pick up because I am travelling on the weekend.
Altogether it will have taken 10 business day if it turns up.

Did not receive my foreign cash intime

I organised my foreign cash a week I advanced even paid fast posting but the sad thing was my foreign holiday money did not arrived as per requested.Tried talking with foreign exchange staff to track where my foreign postal is two days before my holiday departure which they did track in their depot in Tullamarine via Startek delievery service centre.Poor communication with Star Trek company so disappointed with the whole service.Got back from my holiday then I got a text my foreign postal cash was ready to be picked up from my nominated Post office.Would not recommend using Foreign exchange at all

The exchange rate was very competitive…

The exchange rate was very competitive however it took 19 days for the cash to arrive from date of the order. The cash arrived the day before we left for Fiji which at the time was our spending money and this was very stressful. I requested for the foreign currency to arrive on the 2/5/22 however this was the day of despatch from Sth Australia. It was lucky I allow 10 days otherwise the cash would not have arrived in time for our trip. Also the contact needs improvement as messages & emails were left unanswered.
