Great service. Even though Foreign exchange did not have the notes I purchased I was kept informed and received the money promptly when they acquired it. THANK YOU

Although i didn't receive my foreign currency in time for travel, the process was simple to have the funds refunded.

Easy and quick, nothing else to say

Good service but would have preferred confirmation exactly which day the cash would be available at the Post Office for pick up. Also only received one denomination, would have preferred some smaller notes. Overall though very happy with the ease of ordering and pick up.

Terrible service. Most unprofessional. Could not deliver currency in the time specified or in the denominations ordered.

Good rates. Processing and postage took a while. Would have liked to have picked up the cash locally and saved on postage.

I did eventually get the currency I ordered but several days after I was told it would be available for pickup at the local post office. Had me worried. They should under-promise not over-promise in order to manage expectations.

The process was easy and the specific US Dollars I needed were there - thank you.
I ordered another currency which was not supplied and I did not know until I collected the money. Ealier advice and refund would have been useful.
Collection from the post office was easy. It was delivered a day late.
The refund was processed qucickly.

Everything worked smoothly. A rarity these days.

Good, efficient service. Cash arrived in a shorter time period and they indicated, quite efficient no complaints.

I use it to keep track of the nzd to aid so I can cash in my NZ money when the rates are better

No problems except the tracking details stopped at in transit and never moved after that even though the delivery was completed to my local Aust post.
