There were technical issues with processing my online order. I reached out to customer service via their website email. Within minutes the depth Mgr returned my email. Set up an alternate method of processing the transaction. She also took care of the personal message as well. Nittaya and her team went far beyond required to help me.
My flower delivery was on time. And the most beautiful roses were delivered. I can not recommend Forever Florist Thailand enough!

Don’t ever buy from here they send dead or going to die roses and wrong item they shove everything in a box like it’s garbage the note you want them to send out, they don’t even care about it. Don’t buy from here it’s garbage! Waste of money! They even cut short on the dead roses I order 12 rose they gave me 10 going to die roses. Poor on everything

I wanted to surprise somebody backpacking in Thailand with flowers without having them knowing. Except the address given was incorrect. Yet they managed to figure out where to go and made the delivery happen regardless of the much longer distance, while keeping the one day delivery time frame. I was very impressed by the service, thanks again ! My friend absolutely loved the flowers

I am currently in California, USA and I am happy to write that they went above and beyond to ensure my delivery to Thailand was made in time. I scheduled it for the wrong day, they accommodated my request to deliver 2 days earlier. They were very customer oriented, responded rapidly and the final delivery was beautiful. Very first time I’ve used this florist and I can’t thank them enough they sent my girlfriend the best Bocquet of roses she and her friends had ever seen. Which meant to me she had the best day ever and any time in the future I f I need to send flowers I will be definitely using there services again. Extremely disappointed.

I would like to share my feelings about the order over 150 dollars. Purchase order is 2346384
The service of this shop is too bad, when the delivery arrived at the lobby outside the reception area of ​​the apartment, there was no phone call or text message to notify the customer that the order had been delivered. The worst thing here is that when delivering the order, no information was left on the order: name, phone number, room number, floor number... even though my boyfriend provided the information when ordering and the shop's customer service also asked again via text message: I provided it completely and in detail. 14.02 is a special holiday, there are too many flowers and gifts at the reception lobby, and the condominium where I live in has hundreds of rooms, but there is no information on the order. Because he wanted to surprise me, my boyfriend did not say what he ordered from the flower shop.

Meanwhile, I contacted the shop to ask for order information, the shop replied that they did not know the exact time and did not even support checking with the delivery side to help me if the order had been delivered or was on the way, even though my boyfriend left a message on the shop's website, the shop still replied to wait. And on the shop's system, it still only showed the order status as being shipped even though the order had been delivered to my condominium a long time ago, but because there was no information, I could not receive the order from the reception area.

In particular, the order included a bouquet of flowers + a cake that had been delivered before and left in the lobby outside the reception in extremely hot weather for long long time after I convinced my boyfriend to provide me with full images of his order in order to I can have proof and show to reception and can receive the purchase if only last present in that area belong to me. In the end, the cake was damaged. The shop can imagine the result when the customer receives a gift like that. What will the shop do next? It was silence and even when I sent a message to complain about the service on 15.02, the message was not sent to the phone number I had contacted the flower shop before. This shop's service is really terrible.

I’m so glad that I chose Forever Florist Thailand for my friend’s birthday flowers! I’m in the UK and my friend is working in Thailand for a year. The choice of bouquet was great, the communications were fabulous and when the flowers arrived they were beautiful and made my friend so happy. Totally delighted with everything about this company and would recommend them without hesitation 🌸

Got to be the easiest gift supplier I have ever used. Now I have used them about 6 times. Always quality products, always on time and always proactive. Apart from that my other half smiles when she sees their courier!

My order number 233112 of teddy bear, 3 boxed roses, plus requested box of 20 assorted chocolates. Was requested as per website to be delivered before 1pm. My partner received a call at 12noon to advise the delivery was on its way and would be there soon. Some 4.5 hours later my partner received their delivery of which nothing that was as ordered was the same or even looked like the images on the companies website.

I then sent an email to customer service of which a Nappadon as per our Website we cannot guarantee time of delivery.

This reply in itself was well below any standard of quality customer service and care, not even an apology for pretty much getting my whole ordered delivery wrong, but no responsibility of care given, not even an email to advise they did not have certain products in stock and would need to swap things out.

I have been a very loyal customer of this company for the past 7 years now and have been quite lenient to late deliveries, as I have always received an email to explain what had happened and what was going on with my delivery.

However not on this occasion as I feel the delivery driver and sales customer service agent Nappadon should be sacked for their lack of care, responsibility and customer service provided.

On this occasion the services were utterly atrocious, if cannot guarantee something, then don't provide the services. Especially when the delivery is within the Bangkok metropolitan area and not out somewhere in the country side.

Incredibly fast and efficient service and the flowers were even better than they looked in the pictures (the delighted recipient sent me a picture). I would recommend this company 100%

One of the best customer experiences I have ever seen. I wanted to offer flowers to my girlfriend who lives in Thailand, but I live in Europe and it was very difficult to find a good service.
I didn't know where my girlfriend would be and they made sure to reach out to her to arrange the delivery.
Besides providing a beautiful flower arrangement, they also added a Happy birthday baloon for free. They included my message in a beautiful card.
I can only recommend this service if you want to send flowers in Thailand. I will use it going forward.
