I was very impressed by the helpfulness of the staff who contacted me when they found one item I had ordered was out of stock, they suggested alternatives that would fit my requirements or a refund. Outstanding Quality & Service
I wasn't sure about ordering glassware when coming by post but I'm so glad I did as the decanter set I received was even nicer than pictured and very well packed, so there was no way it would get broken and delivery was fast as well.
I would definetly use this company again as I was delighted with the service from start to finish.
