Lovely goods disappointed with the service.
I ordered goods and paid extra for 24 hour delivery knowing that I had a day off work the next day to be in for delivery. Goods did not arrive so I phoned only to find that goods had been shipped on the 3 - 5 day delivery option. I was offered a full refund of my postage and the goods did arrive two days later. We all make mistakes and they were keen to make amends. Problem is I have not had a refund of any postage so have paid for quick delivery and only got the slow coach. I E Mailed 2 days ago and requested that they look into this for me but have heard nothing. Unfortunately I can feel a telephone call coming on as soon as I am free next week if its not sorted by then.
