Slowly Improving Over Time
Overall I like this place. Owners have been slowly improving things over the last couple of years. I'd love to see a dedicated area/ room for stretching. Posting the class schedule on the classroom door would be very helpful. My biggest issue is how memberships are set up. There's no family or couples option. My husband & I want to be able to go separately, not just as a guest of whichever one of us has the membership in their name. The only way we can do that is to pay for a double membership which is $80 a month. A family option for an additional $10 a month would be great.

Excellent gym
Excellent gym, friendly staff and courteous members. Lifting equipment is dated and some machines are not suited for anyone above 5'10. Nice cardio area and locker rooom.

Don is a great swim instructor
Don is a great swim instructor! My son loves going to his class. I'm so thankful for what Don's taught him in just 6 short weeks.

Please up-date your pool
I have a very limited ability to use the gym so the only reason I joined was to swim. I can do so much in the pool. But I can't get the feeling that it's clean. From the pool advantage looking around the room and the foggy water , I worry. The walls , roof and tile look as though they have never been up-dated or maintained. You have a wonderful fitness center but someone need to test the water and give the pool area a face lift.

Hours of operation
I would prefer that you were open earlier in the morning on the weekends.
Additional squat rack
I like the gym and everything, but it would be really great if there was another squat rack somewhere. I'm constantly waiting for it to open up. Not only for squats, but for dead lifts and military press

Excellent
The Forum Fitness feels like a home where family and friends get together with health and fitness. Instead of dreading my daily workouts and forcing myself to go to the gym, I find myself bummed out when I can't make it there.
The staff is excellent. They are very supportive, friendly and courteous. They are there for you when you need them and when you don't they leave you to your workout. With all the equipment, programs and classes that the Forum Fitness offers, you would have to work hard at not being fit because being fit comes to easy.

Good Family Friendly Gym
This is a really nice family type of a gym. The fitness classes are great and a good bang for your buck. I am loving the pool.
My only complaint is that there seems to be some cleanliness issues when it comes to the bathrooms. I know it's bad when I want to go up to the front desk and ask them for the cleaning supplies so I can clean the toilets myself...lol!
Other than that everyone is really nice and it serves the purpose.

Good bye corporate sweat shops!
A very classy venue: small but like home. Close quarters but with new friends! With a heated pool, dry and wet sauna, it beats all others!

Of the gym itself, it's a pleasure. I enjoy the equipment, the locker rooms are usually clean. There is a couple issues with the steam room , sometimes it does not hold temp. The only other issue is with the forums website. There seems to be issue with some links, unreliable information, seems like maybe more than one site available. Not user friendly.
I have to give huge appreciation to the staff!! They are great, they know everyone by name, they are always willing to help, friendly, smiling, engaging

Friendly staff, friendly gym go-ers...
I was a member at Planet Fitness for several years but did not get the assistance I needed when using the various machines and I did not feel like my workout plan was individualized just for me, and the workout routine was always the same thing. Forum Fitness has some really great trainers that make great suggestions and give really good tips. I am able to ask questions about the machines or various exercises and I always receive assistance if and when I need it. I also take advantage of their ActivTrax system which provides me with different exercises consisting of using the machines, weights & floor exercises -so you are not bored by the same routine. I wish I had know about Forum Fitness sooner.
