I requested express delivery, 'cos our drinking water tap had broken off and we were about to host a large party in a few days (our ruby wedding actually). However, at the top of the order confirmation was a message saying "No-one's in until Friday..." (our party was on the Saturday).

Before Friday, I got a message from Lou saying she'd dispatch it as soon as she returned on Fri, and it duly turned up a few hours before the party.

She also pointed out that she had made sure her message about being away was shown on their shopping cart page, so I accept it was as much my fault for not noticing.

Altho' I didn't actually get it fitted in time for the party, it wasn't Fountain Filters' fault (the previous tap was stuck fast and hard to remove).So I'm still giving 5 stars.

The tap itself is now fitted and working well. Very nice, with the long reach I needed.

This was my first order of Water-to-Go filters from Fountain Filters for our walk in Spain at the end of the month. For our preparation, I needed the filters asap. Fountain Filters spotted an error with my order being a wrong email address which they corrected and still assisted with a payment issue. Their readiness to help me correct this so they could get the order out quickly was so appreciated. Despite my errors, they still got my order out today without delay.

There customer service really did impress me and I would not hesitate to use them again. I trust you will find this review helpful enough to use them too.

Worst service, no tasty water, Weaste of time, new one better

I ordered a replacement drinking water tap after ours was damaged. Our order arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. It was important for us to receive the order as soon as possible because we were using bottled water in the meantime. I would highly recommend this company.

Very helpful advice from Louise on purchase of a 3 way tap. Website was easy to navigate and order products, prices were competitive and delivery was very prompt.

I would thoroughly recommend this company. They were so helpful arranging for my kitchen tap to arrive on a specified day (it was ordered whilst abroad) . And the tap arrived on time well packed and in perfect condition. It looks great and is a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

I contacted Simon and Louise seeking advise for a Motorhome water filter, and was advised on the filter housing and filter I would need. I mentioned I needed the filter housing to be a 1/2 BSP thread to accommodate 12mm reduction connector into the housing. There was no problem accommodating this requirement and making this up for me. The unit was promptly sent and had it delivered the following day. It's now installed and and pressure tested with no leaks so far. Great company / friendly people to deal with who provide a fantastic service.

I initially contacted Fountain Filters for some advice on one of their kits but had concerns about the size for where I was placing it. Simon gave great advice and advised on another filter kit that would work well for my requirements.

Ordering and delivery process were straight forward and quick.

After fitting, I noticed very minor leakage coming from the plastic reducing bushing on the cap. Contacted Simon again, who promptly tested a new cap and had it sent out. Even sent a personalised video of it in testing.
New cap worked brilliantly and no leaks.

I now have much better tasting water vs the very chlorinated water I had before.

So refreshing to find a company who you can telephone, speak to a helpful knowledgeable person who instantly knows the product you require and puts it in the post to you straightaway. Great service would highly recommend.

Fountain filters are the only filter company we have used, must be getting on for nearly 20 years, always great products and service and now the packaging is totally recyclable. Great company 👍👍
