Fountain filters are the only filter company we have used, must be getting on for nearly 20 years, always great products and service and now the packaging is totally recyclable. Great company 👍👍

Following a chat with Simon some years ago we bought their water purifying kit ( Oyster Taste & Oneflow Hard water filters) to complement our water softening system. Simon provided excellent advice. Fitting the kit was easy. The kit has worked well and our water tastes better. Since then we have received the regular reminders to replace the filters which we follow. Had to call Simon & Louise once about fitting the replacements & they were very friendly with nothing too much trouble. Fitting the replacement filters is very easy, clean & takes only about 10 minutes for both filters. Very happy we switched to Fountain Filters.

Prompt delivery and great products - am evaluating the NanoCeram filters and so far so good. One of the few companies in the UK selling these, and have the best price.

We have a Oyster Flouride water filter system fitted with two filters, flouride reduction and taste/odour/sediment filters. We are very satisfied with the quality of our drinking water with an affordable initial outlay. We replace our filters every 12 months that are also very reasonably priced and usually delivered very efficiently and fast via Royal Mail. I highly recommend the services of this company with a very personal service from the owners Simon and Louise

These are the easiest filters I have had. I am a 70 year old lady and have been using filters in various homes for years. The fountain filters are the easiest ones to change when they need a new filter - no post-change leaking!

Both Simon and Louise are friendly, helpful, knowledgable and best of all - don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Highly recommended.

Good website and ordering easy.
Shipment was slow and after a week had to phone to find out what the hold-up was.
Would have been nice if they had contacted me to tell me they were waiting for stock. So coms on that front not great, but otherwise excellent company, quick tracked postage and packaging superb.
My replacement filter is also excellent, and now don't have to buy bottled water.

Trivial purchase, just a set of o rings for a tap, but saved me well over £200 on a replacement because these folks correctly identified an unmarked, unbranded unit that has been installed for well over 10 years from a couple of photographs.

I have been using Fountain Filters ever since I installed a filter under my sink in 2008. I order replacement filters by phone, they are always accessible and friendly and have my details, and the filter cartridge is dispatched promptly - all at reasonable price.

They have a wide selection. Orders are sent out immediately. We had our order two days after we placed it.

I have regularly purchased genuine Doulton water filter cartridges for my Franke kitchen drinking water filter tap since we installed it 16 years ago. Due to a safari issue at my end, it appeared that Fountain-Filters were out of stock, so I scoured the internet and this resulted in me purchasing a filter that turned out not to be as described from an alternate supplier. I called Fountain Filters and they were very helpful in supplying genuine cartridges once more at a sensible price. I will be sticking with Fountain Filters for my future needs.
