Only bought an O ring but at least I knew it would fit because of the well laid out and informative info on the website. Item arrived within 48 hrs. O-ring fitted, does the job. All in all, a great service. Will definitely use Fountin Filters again and would recommend to others.

This is a great company. very helpful. their filters are excellent, their customer service is fantastic, Simon & Lou, make you feel that they care.

Excellent, personal support with deciding which filter to go with (I went with a Moby mains tap filter to remove flouride, chlorine & heavy metals). Simon/Louise were kind and helpful, and took the time to help me make the right decision (ie, not an RO).

Franke compatible filter fits perfectly at a fraction of the original price. I have bought from Fountain Filters before and will do so in the future.

I am yet to fit my new filter as it is part of a kitchen refurbishment but I would like to comment on the customer service. The product was dispatched via a well known delivery company however due to no fault of Simon and Louise it was delivered to the wrong address. I was asked by the delivery company to contact the sender as they needed to raise a complaint. The support I received from S & L was excellent and the filter was duly recovered and delivered to me within a few hours.
I will update my review when the filter is fitted however it looks like a substantial bit of kit and I have high hopes it will perform well

Filter has been in use for over a year now. Fitting was very straightforward and the entire kit of a very high quality. It is great to have filtered water that does not trickle slowly from the tap! Could not be more pleased.

Ordering filters can be complicated if you don't understand all the technical details. Too easy to buy the wrong filter.
Ordering from Fountain Filters takes away all the issues. They tell you exactly which filters are the best for you and they respond rapidly too.
Their products and prices are first class.

Ordered o ring I got the size wrong contacted Simon even though it was more than the 14 days he replaced it no problem.Well impressed definitely use them again

Bought a new washer for our metal Franke water filter housing.
Very fast postage. the washer was the correct one and stopped the leak, saving a lot of money! 5 stars.

I was after a mains whole house filter, I spoke to Simon who was very helpful in explaining what my options were, he was very generous with his time and was very knowledgeable, called him a couple times before the filter was installed to ask questions regarding the installation, Simon was was very helpful, the filter itself is of a very good quality and had made a noticeable difference, I really cannot fault fountain filters at all, very happy and satisfied, definitely a great company

I sent for an oyster fluoride water filter on Monday and it arrived Wednesday morning it was very well packed, but when I was fitting it under the sink I came across a small problem. I had seen the video saying talk to us so I phoned Simon and Louise at fountain filters and Simon told me what I needed to do which I very much appreciated, they are so helpful and understanding the after sales service is second to none and the fluoride filters are brilliant. I have nothing but praise for Simon and Louise I would recommend fountain filters to anyone

Excellent Customer Service. Simon goes above and beyond to make sure you have the right system for your home.
