Very quick turnaround for my replacement filter cartridges. the replacement reminder email they sent me took straight to me the exact product I needed and now the new cartridges are fitted the water pressure is incredible.

He understood my urgency for a new filter and after trying several other online supplies who all came up short with no stock. Even fountain had no stock but out their way to track one down and get shipped to me within a couple of days.
I will be back with other requirements in the future and have now made Them my preferred supplier, who will be my go to company.

Simon and Louise have been an absolute pleasure to deal with at Fountain Filters. The service has been amazing and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. From my initial enquiries to eventually working with me to find a good replacement for my out of date water filter system, nothing was too much trouble, despite my many, many emails and questions! I also placed an order for some spare parts for our new filter system and they noticed in the order that I had ordered an incorrect part so phoned to double check and so corrected my mistake. We ordered a replacement water filter tap. Simon was extremely helpful and helped us laymen to put the tap together. We then discovered that our piping was not 1/4 inch and Simon sourced and supplied the correct fitting for us. The tap is great quality and we are very pleased we ordered it from Fountain Filters.

Great service. I ordered a replacement filter cartridge online for my water filter tap. It was easy to identify the correct cartridge via Fountain Filters' WEB site. Their price was cheaper than Amazon for the same product, and postage was free, with prompt delivery via Royal Mail.
