I needed parts to enable me to connect my freezer water ice dispenser to my water supply. Different size pipes, old and metric sizing. After emailing my problem, I was thrilled with how quick it was answered, and how research was done to direct me to where to get a part, which would connect to one they sold. A week later I had both parts, I fitted them easily, and now have water, ice and crushed ice on demand.

Easy reorder and fast delivery. What's not to like.

Ordered 1 x Pearl-T Drinking Water Filter on the Internet. The order was filled by the local distributor {about three miles away, crow flight}.
Simon rang up and offered to drop it off the same day, which was great, and he did.
So far very happy with it.

My filter was fitted a number of years ago before I bought this house. I needed some spares that Simon kindly supplied at a good rate considering P&P is included. Not only that but I asked for a couple of washers that he did not have but Simon got them sent to me free of charge.

We ordered a 3-lever tap, but was not aware it was out of stock at the time of ordering. However, we were kept informed with updates on the progress of our order, and in the end the tap arrived sooner than the stated delivery date. Very helpful company and we wish them every success with their business.
