Great customer service - had to return an item, they were very helpful and it was really easy!
One of the worries about ordering online is the hassle you might get if you want to send something back. In our case we ordered a fancy eco shower head that didn't live up to expectation. Fountain Direct were very helpful when I contacted them requesting a return and refund, no hassle whatsoever! Would definitely use them again.
