Your after sales is absolutely atrocious. I have never experienced anything as bad after just spending £20K on a vehicle.

There are so many cars to choose from. The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly.

I am very pleased with the vehicle, but the interior was very dirty and the top of the engine had not been cleaned at all. I am not happy about that. Thank you.

Extremely disappointing experience purchasing my 2017 Audi A1. We agreed a number of safety-related repairs before collection, including new rear brake discs, brake pads, four tyres and a service, but when we arrived none of the agreed work had been completed. The car also had a fresh paint chip, masking tape left on the bumper and hadn’t even been properly valeted. We were later informed the vehicle wasn’t roadworthy despite being told it was ready to collect.

Although the dealership eventually fitted four new tyres, they were budget tyres on what is marketed as a premium vehicle. Within a day, they had already developed cuts and bulges after encountering normal potholes, leaving me questioning their quality and durability.

Communication throughout was poor and I constantly had to chase for updates. Even after the car was delivered, the rear brake discs still hadn’t been replaced and both key fob batteries were low. The delays left me without transport, forcing me to miss work and lose income.

I appreciate Sophie Hewitt’s efforts in helping resolve some of the issues, but the overall service fell well below expectations. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.

No hard sell, fair price vast amount of cars on Winsford site. I would definitely use again.

When I picked up the car they hadn't done a very good job of valeting the car I did bring it to the attention of the salesman but all he offered to do is go and give it a wipe with a rag if I didn't need the car at the weekend I would of refused it

Salesman Harry was excellent but let down by other departments.
Petrol flap fell off a mile from FOW.
Low pressure tyre warning displayed on collection.
Remote tailgate opening not working although as there appear to be 2 new fobs, I think it may just be they are incorrect fobs and the remote opening is not a feature on this model.
Reasonable valet let down by poor window cleaning, especially inside.

Contacting FOW by phone is painful, ( suggest FOW try ringing their own number). I bought a vehicle but it didn’t feel like a particularly positive experience, took a week to get the vehicle ready, on a positive note the price was the price

Good selection of cars at good prices. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Happy with the car I bought, and the service I received afterwards when having a coupe of issues (used car), they were dealt with promptly and without a fuss.

Would happily return in the future for another!

Our transaction was handled by Carla who proved to be knowledgeable and interested in the job she is doing. She was very patient in explaining the associated documentation. We have dealt with FW before and will, no doubt, do so again.

I didn’t get told my collection date until I rang up to enquire. Now I have the car, there are two minor issues that need resolving. It’s a bit annoying to have these problems with a car that I thought would be great.

Found a car I liked but found that a couple of cylinders needed replacing before I could test drive. They were fixed and the week after I test drove and everything was good with the car. Danny kept me informed of everything happening to the car to keep me at peace before purchasing.

Purchased a vehicle from FOW Manchester can’t fault the staff, really helpful. Justin was really helpful sorting everything out and within a day we had the car. Really fast and reliable service. 10/10 recommend
