I have been working with Danny over the past few months to secure a shared ownership scheme. Getting a mortgage is one of the biggest purchases in life and is known to be a very stressful process. Danny has been very transparent and supportive throughout the whole process. Brilliant communication from him and all other members of the branch when needed. Thank you!!

I have been using the services of Fox and sons for a short time and find the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
Sometimes it is hard to get hold of someone as it is a small team but always get back to me eventually.

The Manager Stephen was excellent when it came to the sale of our property in Percival Road.
We had three agents out to value our home and we felt fox and sons had our best interest’s at heart and we were proved right.
He understood our current financial situation and helped us find a great buyer but also find our new home in Arundel
Road.

Purchase went OK-ish although took nearly 7 months for a simple case. They found tenants quick enough, and took their deposit. Getting this custodial deposit transferred to my TDS account a nightmare, 15 work days after advising them of details needed for the transfer (and 34days after taking the deposit), their "accounts team" demand the same TDS information and tenant/property address information they already have. 18 days later I'm still trying to get this done (Portsmouth). Finally Fox & sons have apologised, and admitted their staff needed further training. They eventually provided details of the secure placement of the tenants deposit, and have given a £100 compensation. This is of course scant compensation for the hours of work caused to me, the anxiety I've suffered, and ineptitude shown by their staff

Fox and Sons Polegate gave an excellent service. Always ready to answer any questions related to our purchase. They could not have been more helpful. First class service. They were always friendly and polite we could not fault them.

Avoid Fox and Sons, Hove branch. They have very little integrity. After we removed their instructions, they sent a 'sour grapes' bill for something they had offered to pay for. Paying is not the problem if it was rightfully billed, but when we asked for an explanation of the invoice, none was provided just continued harassment for payment. Very poor form, wasting both my time and theirs for what appears to be a petty revenge for leaving them.
Once the initial sales patter had been executed, they also exhibited a lack lustre standard of service, providing no updates or feedback, interactions with some even felt slightly rude and offhand.
Experiences with other Hove agents, so far 10 times better.

Today i completed on the sale of my property selling through Fox and Sons Crawley branch. I would like to thank all the staff at the branch for their support through the process and helping me to secure the sale within weeks of the property going on the Market. Abigail have been amazing keeping me informed and answering all of my questions i would definitely recommend Fox and Sons Crawley for selling your property.

I've just completed a complex purchase through Fox & Sons Rottingdean, and could not be happier with the service. Alex in particular was conscientious about keeping me up-to-date throughout, and reassured the vendors that the finance would come through in time for their own purchase deadline. The other staff, in particular Alison, were warm and very helpful. And when I got the keys yesterday, it was very touching to find the vendors had left me a lovely card wishing me happiness in the flat, and two bottles of wine to celebrate!

Booked an appointment with one of their mortgage advisers, a lot of info i did not need to know that the company has x branches and have done x money on mortgages, just to be cancel on the second appointment. Got back to me after 4months saying he would help me that time, after a couple exchanges no more correspondence ive no idea whats going on. Meanwhile was contacted by another mortgage adviser she said to give her a change she’s different from her colleague. First appointment same things, second appointment a no show. Whats wrong with you people? Unbelievable. At least have the decency to cancel the appointment, i got out of work for the appointment waited 1h, even emailed and nothing.
