Karen Asquith helped guide me through my first experience of prescribing and ordering anti wrinkle injections and other medications needed.
She spent time, despite being late to finish work, was very calm, patient, supportive and kind. Fox Pharma are lucky to have such a fantastic employee and because Of Karen, I will continue to order from Fox and will be telling my friends/competitors who have aesthetics clinics about the great experience I’ve had.

Fox pharma delivered 5 star customer service. Their products are top quality & their delivery service is chargeable but extremely reliable, they package their products very well. The partner prescribing process is also very simple & easy to set up. I wouldn’t order from anywhere else.

My first time ordering with Fox Pharma and so far so good. The ordering process has been really straight forward and the products have been more reasonably priced than other pharmacies I have come across.

I also had to ring to confirm how to separate prescriptions and the lady on the other end of the phone was very helpful!

Customer service is extremely helpful. They are extremely friendly in the phone when I called I spoke to 3 different people each time I called and each of them knew the problem and where able to help at least with updates until the original person got back to me, they definitely work well with people and really help with getting a problem sorted
