First time I've spoken to Fox Pharma, the lady I spoke to was Lauren she was very calm patient and explained everything to me in detail. I was struggling to register online as I'm rubbish using laptops. She waited whilst my husband got the lap top, and once again went through the registration process. We managed this together. At the end of the call she said nit to hesitate to contact her if I had any concerns issues etc. I would highly recommend.

Would just like to point out how fantastic the customer service has been the last 24 hours. I sadly had a problem with dpd (no fault of fox pharma) with my parcel and I can’t thank Fox enough for fixing this issue and getting me back with my stock ASAP! Fantastic work & thank you mark for listening to my stressful phone calls.

Really really disappointed. Used fox for over a year and loved it. Never had a problem. As a medic just registered for fox academy with no problem. Now because I can’t provide a ‘proof of address’ (I don’t pay any bills and santander ‘bank statements’ are now just transactions not a proper statement I have been basically blocked from buying anything. (Why they need one when I have driving license etc I don’t know). As clients shouldn’t have new filler within 3 months I will be seeking legal advice for loss of earnings.

I had a few issues with getting my prescription sorted and was desperate to get my order so I could work. Fox clinic were fab! They kept contacting me to see if I had an update and contacted my prescriber on my behalf. Fab service! Highly recommend

Very easy to order online and love the collection option as I live locally, staff always so friendly when I go to collect. I Love the matching consultation forms, aftercare forms and Revolax information leaflets too. Telephone staff always very helpful and very easy setting up account and ordering online. Would highly recommend. Revolax Deep really Nice product to use I use this with the needle and no needle methods of Lip Filler.

Part of my order was a Juvederm Volbella duo box. There was no hologram on the box. There is supposed to be a hologram if this is not a fake product, when I order from Healthxchange the boxes have the hologram. Please can you provide answer for this?

I have used Fox for a couple of years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my aesthetic products. Love the app, really easy to order. All the staff are very responsive and helpful if I need to speak to anyone. Excellent prices!

I have used Fox now for over 3 years! They have really looked after me as a customer and friend! Vikki and Mike are lovely and nothing is too much! Lauren is lovely too, they are a great team! They have really helped my business (The Lip King Aesthetics) grow! The delivery is very reliable too!

I’ll never forget when an order got mixed up by the delivery courier, Mike and Vikki sent another order out that day in a taxi over 90 miles as I had a full clinic!
