I can always trust Fox Clinic to get my prescription items to me on time and they are always very helpful with any queries. There has been an issue with an order recently as a one off and Mandy was extremely helpful. There was a slight issue with receiving a prescription which had delayed my order. Mandy kindly ensured this got sent next day despite the time being past the usual cut off for orders. Unfortunately with the same order DPD failed to deliver to the correct property amd they are a nightmare to get hold of! Luckily Mandy put me in touch with the right department in DPD to help get this sorted so that my refrigerated items weren’t spoilt and were delivered/collected in time for my weekend clinic.
