Easy to use online payment service and prompt delivery what more can you say....

I just bought several items from Fox's website. The website was easy to use and it only took seconds to find what I wanted. I received an email the following day saying my items had been despached.The items then arrived the following day properly packaged and exactly what I wanted. I'd buy aagin from Fox's, it was so easy

I'm a multiple user of Fox's Outdoor gear as they are a Eagle Creek supplier and these products are hard to purchase in the UK. Every delivery has been faster than anticipated. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

Not all products ordered, were included in delivery.... Although they did rectify straight away & dispatch missing items quibble free.

I ordered a tent canopy on the Saturday of a bank holiday and quiet unexpectadly it a arrived on the Tuesday .what can you say but thank you for wonderfull service provided.

Never seen better delivery management than Foxoutdoor. Price was great and item go delivered on time. They kept me informed about which hour I will get the item rather than saying like item will be delivered between 8AM and 4PM so you keep waiting at home whole day.

I ordered a sleeping bag liner from Foxs Outdoors via their website, but was contacted the next day to say it was not in stock after all. It was fairly annoying, but the good customer service and very prompt refund were appreciated.

Ordered a Joe Bender toy which was needed for the weekend. I ordered on a Weds with express delivery and it arrived on Friday. Very good service with texts and emails regarding delivery including the final one with a 1-hour timeslot for delivery

The hanging washbag is a great piece of kit which is ideal for trips away. I have filled mine with mini size toiletries and medications needed on a day to day basis and is loaded and ready to go so no scrambling around making sure you have every thing you need, i have saved myself so much time by doing it. Foxoutdoor have many great products on their site i would certainley recommend them and this product.

I always come here to buy my products for trips to Africa. They are always reasonable on price and the products arrive quickly without any problems. Great service!

I ordered a backpack from Fox's mainly because they were showing a good price. The backpack was delivered very promptly, but turned out to have a fault. I sent it back and got a replacement bag and a refund of the return postage almost by return of post. Very good.
And... as I said, the price was very good in the first place. :-)

Ordered a RAB silk sleeping bag liner which was the lowest price on-line. Very efficient and quick delivery; saving time and money.
