Foxylocksextensions 

The worse quality of hair extentsions I have ever bought. After one-two months of buying hair extentsions from foxy locks they had sheded so much I could no longer wear them. They had gone all frazzled on the ends and completely snapped off. After sending photos through to foxy locks customer service there customer service skills was really bad and did nothing to help me. Complete waste of money had to go in the bin as I could no longer wear them in my hair. I would never purchase anything from there website again

I’m a long time fan of foxylocks, I’ve had about 3 sets in total. I’ve highlighted the hair, washed, curled and straightened them hundreds of times. I’d say they hold up wonderfully. They get tired after about a year of consistent use. They coat the hair in silicone before shipping them out, so the first time you style them they may appear to “melt” but it’s just the protective barrier, not the actual hair. Once you wash and set them once, they should be good to go. Brush from the ends up.

WORST extensions ive ever bought. Paid £195 for 24’’ 280g’s worth of hair & I’m one ONE 1 month into having the extensions and they shed like crazy everytime i brush them! I took them to my hairdressers and was told these were mixed with synthetic hair thats why my hair was sticking to the curling wand when i was having it styled. These are fine till u wash/style/straighten anything u would do to normal 100% human hair that wouldnt effect the hair DOES it is rubbish quality after one brush. Everything falls apart. I have a mixture of pink blue and white thread all running through the extensions. I insta dm’d the account got an email emailed the account all thw photos they asked me fore including a photo of my hair on scales showing they way 95g’s LOOOL 95g’s when i paid for 280?????? Then was told that wasnt a good enough photo lol so i have to send them off the be examined when i have been told by a hair specialist they are mixed with synthetic hair. Absolutely bloody mess worst customer service and i WILL be reporting the whole company for fraud.

I am so disappointed by Foxy Locks. My order got shipped to Canada when I live in France. I never received it. They are blaming Royal Mail, and offered me to be either refunded or to reorder (and I had to pay again for the shipping). They refunded me, but without the Royal Mail price. When they are definitely going to be compensated by the Royal Mail. But I did pay for this shipping?!
This isn't pro service at all. I ordered it cause I am a performer and I needed it for a show. It never arrived, although they knew the Royal mail accidentally shipped it to another country, they could have sent me another one, while waiting for the other one to make it way home to them.
This isn't pro AT ALL. I am very very disappointed.

SCAMMERS! The hair is not 100% real hair. I purchase the most expensive set advertised on their website and I find out from my hairdresser almost 3 years later that they’re not 100%. I’ve only worn these extensions 3 times since buying them as they’d never curl properly and even when straightening them they wouldn’t stay straight for long.

Do not use this company if you want 100% real human hair!!

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing my extensions, these are definitely not real human hair. They feel like plastic and are very frizzy, bushy at the ends and almost sticky to the touch. This company is a scam. Also, my extensions were supposed to be jet black, there are small strands of red, brown, white and blue in them. Worst extensions I have EVER bought.

I am writing this review on my own personal experience as a customer and my honest opinion of the company foxy locks.

I have been a happy foxy locks customer for about 2 years now and in all that time I have purchased 4 sets that all have been beautiful and excellent quality and have lasted me a long time. I have worn my extensions every single day they have also been washed, curled straightened had products applied to them and the quality are still great.

My last set of extensions was brought in 2017 and it has been 12months of daily everyday wear and they are still as soft and silky since the day I had them.

I recommend foxy locks for their great quality hair, huge selection of natural hair colours, length and grams of hair for all hair types, fine, thick hair etc. The hair is thick from the top of the weft all the way to the ends and the hair lasts well against heated tools, being washed, and styled in any way.

I absolutely love these extensions well done foxy locks!

These are NOT 100% human hair! I am very disappointed in the quality. I have used Bellami extensions before but decided to try foxy locks. I am not able to fix them because the hair melts on my iron. I tried contacting the company for a refund and they didn’t even respond.

I haven’t never tried hair extensions until I ordered these. I did spend a while looking into the best ones to go for and it lead me to this website. I was lead to believe that the clip in hair extensions were seamless and light, but this isn’t the case. I can definitely feel every single clip in my hair, which makes them really uncomfortable and heavy. I have only worn them twice because of this! Such a shame because the quality of the hair is great. The customer service I cannot fault. I ordered a set of the 120g (I think) but then realised I probably should’ve ordered a thicker set (160g) to match my naturally thick hair. So I ordered the set of 160g and thought I would wait for the other 120g ones to arrive so I could send them back without even touching them. But when they arrived the hygiene strip had been opened on the 120g ones, the ones I planned to send back! So I panicked thinking I had 2 boxes of extensions when I only needed 1 box and that I would be stuck with a box of extensions that I didn’t need because the hygiene strip had been ripped before it got sent to me! Once the hygiene strip is removed they cannot be sent back. So I explained this to the customer service team and they reassured me to send back the ones I didn’t need and I would get a full refund. Which I did!

I have been buying Foxylocks for 6 years now and absolutely love the quality and large colour range they stock. Stunning hair extensions that blend really well and aren’t fake looking. I use these on all my hair models and recommend to all of my clients, friends and family. Thankyou Imogen for creating such beautiful hair extensions that are affordable! X

Bought these 2 months ago and these are the WORST extensions I’ve ever purchased. I only wear these on special occasions and I can’t believe how bad they’ve turned out to be within 2 months :(

100% mixed with synthetic hair. NOT 100% human. I straightened the hair and all sticky plastic stuff came off the hair onto the heating iron.

The ends have gone all bushy and knotty - no straightening will help this. I tried to wash the extensions to see if it would help but it didn’t. I’ve used synthetic extensions before and this happened.

What a shame to be charging so much money for FAKE hair. I will not be purchasing foxy locks again. Can’t believe a company gets away with lying to customers!!

Not 100% human hair!! Has synthetic mixed . Big con and wasted me a lot of money! Amazing hair until you wash them then you know their part synthetic.

BIG S*** GO YOUR WAY! I spent nearly 200E for fake hair called natural to get a bag of knots on my head after 1 month.
And when I wanted to contact the customer service with proof to support: photos of the hair moved they had absolutely nothing to do the person acknowledged that it could happen but refused to pay me back. Inadmmissible !!!!

DE LA GROSSE MERDE PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN! j ai dépensé près de 200E pour de faux cheveux dits naturels pour obtenir un sac de noeuds sur ma tête au bout de 1 mois.
Et lorsque j'ai voulu contacté le service clients avec preuve à l'appui : photos des cheveux emmêlés ils en avaient strictement rien à foutre la personne a reconnu que cà pouvait arriver mais a refusé de me rembourser. Inadmmissible!!!!

Best hair extensions ever!!
i’ve been using foxy locks for around 2 years now, as a personal preference i buy a set every 5 months, however a set could last me around 9 months! can not understand the bad reviews they’re so thick and soft and can be styled any way, that blend perfectly and they’ve got a great shade range! yes they’re expensive but 100% worth the price wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

The extensions arrive in a beautiful package and feel silky and smooth. A bit brassier than they described, but nothing a toner can't fix..right? It would be right if you were dealing with real hair. Real hair extensions can be washed, dyed darker colors, curled etc. foxylocks CANNOT. Therefore, they have added fake hair and are charging as if it were real. I've had hair from sallys beauty supply last longer in better condition than these and they were less expensive too!! I have been dying hair for decades and dyed the foxylocks once with great product and conditioned and it is a birds nest complete fuzz I literally cannot wear it because it is Barbie doll hair. What a waste of money! They need to stop lying to their customers saying they sell real authentic hair. It's not true! Do not purchase unless you don't want to wash or dye or style. If you want to buy fake hair, you can get it for like $10 elsewhere, not $145. If you want real hair, do not buy from foxylocks!

I’ve used foxylocks for the past five years and they are so thick, shiny & soft to the touch. My shade match was latte blonde and you can’t even tell they’re hair extensions. I have some pros and cons about them which are;

Pros - soft, shiny, last a long time, thick from top to bottom, hold a curl very well, strong clips, beautiful and natural when cut to your hair preference (layers etc)

Cons - come with a straight cut so need to be altered to look half decent / natural, smell when you use heat so must use a very good heat protectant!! - this is a must with any hair extensions

On the whole I have repurchased these extensions 3 times now and just got a new set, they are genuinely amazing and I don’t understand the amount of negative reviews because they are so good! I’ll continue to be a loyal customer in future as well.

Worst and most expensive extensions I’ve bought. Wish I read reviews first!

The hair is obviously fake. They've stopped replying to my emails.

I will report them to Trading Standards and I will report them for fraud.

I encourage everybody else to do the same.
