Seamless technology is innovative and very comfortable to wear. Colour selection for blondes is great; especially platinum blonde since the tone is cool, which is perfect for ash blondes (like me). Ha... See more

I bought the 165g 20' deluxe chestnut …
I bought the 165g 20' deluxe chestnut seamless extensions. For the first week they were fabulous looking. I washed them once using their guidelines and they faded 3-4 shades. They're basically blonde, the hair is brittle and dried out. Awful customer service when I contacted them three times about this! Would not recommend.
never ever again
I ordered Extensions and they sent them overseas to a complete different adress. When I contacted them ( I didn't get my order even after almost 2 weeks) I got back very rude responses to my problem with one and the same copy+paste-sentences. They didn't seem to care at all. They don't even let me cancel my order after waiting forever, but force me to wait over a month and a half to make a claim for a lost parcel. The company's costumer care is ridiculous and beyond any standards. I haven't experienced such a rudeness and ignorance with any other extensions-company!
Never ever buying from them again !
For the last 6 years I have ONLY used …
For the last 6 years I have ONLY used Foxylocks.
This is the most delicious, smooth hair I've tried and I absolutely love the wide spectre of different colors to choose from.
The only downside, according to me, is that my Foxylocks hairextensions never last very long. After about 3 months the hair is very dry and it tangles very easily.
The prices has become a little a higher but I find that very understandable, cause the hair also gets better and with a lot more grams in each package.
I love them! And will keep buying from them <3
Extentions and Eyelashes
When foxy locks was new, and becoming popular on Youtube, I ordered their extensions in dark brown to match my naturally black hair. They matched perfectly and were thick and long (20inch). Fast forward to 2015, I order their ombre range. The hair is not only more expensive, but the quality is terrible. Thin and synthetic looking. I complained about the quality of their new range compared to my previous extetions. I got a rude, sorry not sorry response and that was that. Fast forwad again to 2016 I go to buy their eyelashes and paid via paypal. By choosing paypal, it cuts out the address part and sends to the address linked to your paypal account. Cut a long story short, they sent my items to the wrong address and only offered me a partial refund or I had to pay for a re-delivery. They blamed paypal, but it was nothing to do with paypal, as I use them frequently for ebay and I double checked my address logged with them which was correct. Anyway, I refused their partial refund and insisted they accept that their system had made a mistake, and asked for them to pay for a re-delivery as the mix up was not my fault. They refused and gave me a partial refund without me agreeing on a solution. So now I have filed a complaint with Paypal, who are now in contact with Foxy Locks for me. Their customer service was frustrating, rude and very immature. It felt like I was talking to a bunch of arrogant teenage girls.
Stay away from Foxy Locks!
Metrocentre
I always come to foxy for my sew in weave and love it , also very easy to manage.
Worst quality I've ever experience and the highest price I've ever paid
NOBODY should ever buy from this company! And here is why:
The hair is of poor quality and it tangles even before wearing it.
It's impossible to smoothly run through the hair with a brush.
It burns like plastic when you use low-heat styling tools.
The hair does not have elasticity, which human hair does.
Colour comes off when you wash the hair.
The company replied to my inquiry very rudely and also called me a liar.
FAKE hair and MELTED while tonging
So, just like many other buyers I was mislead by the false video reviews on Youtube. I purchased the Sandy blonde 230g Superior of MESS for £132. I paid £5,50 extra for express shipping as I had a Hair appointment at Tony and Guy 2 days later, which I needed the extensions for.
It only took one glance at the hair for the stylists to explain that they do not feel comfortable bleaching FAKE hair. At that point I had not taken the hair out the package and when I touched them it was clear it is not 100% real human hair like it was advertised.
The hair smelt and felt like BARBIE hair!! It was too shiny and had a glossy coating which simply smelt plastic. The clips were falling off and the weft was lose too.
Somehow still in hope, the stylist from Toni and Guy tongued it to test if it would melt. Some strands actually withheld the heat pretty well, while others literally melted right in front of my eyes. I was so embarrassed.
I emailed them immediately with pictures and received no reply. I even commented on their Instagram page @foxylocksextensions as I thought it would be faster. I saw lots of other customers not happy about their hair and our comments all got deleted instantly. After voicing my concern and frustration I even got blocked.
After threatening Imogen, the founder, via email to report them as a fraudulent company I received an email response basically saying the following:-
"We guarantee our hair is 100% real human remy hair, has never been processed, only washed and disinfected, however we do not recommend bleaching or putting too much heat to the hair."
I explained that I have had 2 hair stylists inspect the hair and both with more than 10 years experience confirmed it is NOT real, definitely a synthetic, fibre blend which may have some human hair, but it is not 100%.
Imogen refused refunding me my money and also refused return. After a long negotiation period of 2 weeks she said that the hair is no longer in the valid return period, but she can now accept to look at it by her inspection team. Basically I will never receive my money back as 14 days are over and I will have to cover all costs of shipment.
I just gave up and will never, ever buy from her again. I wonder how she can live with herself fooling so many consumers and tricking people out of their money. She needs to stop selling this hair as 100% real and sell it for what it is. It is just overpriced junk!!!
Oh well..
I found the website throug youtube, and thought the hair looked amazing. I have orderd from there 2 times. First time was a deluxe clip on in platinum blond and it was 100% worth the Money. Then two months ago i orderd the same package just in the color jetblack, and i was very dissapointed. The hair got tangeld really fast, so im not buying anymore hair from foxylocks. But overall fast delivery, i gotta give them that,
Rubbish prouduct!
Customer service won't get back to me! I've had my hair for less than a week it's shreading and matting together already the netting near the clips has become undone I've paid £185 for this hair that I can't even wear! The hair after 20 minutes of brushing looks like dread locks and that's not the look I was going for .
Dissappointed
I've been wearing hair extensions for two years, and was looking forward to trading up, so to speak. I was looking forward to having thick shiny hair. It was all good, and I must admit that the quality of the hair is amazing. I've been wearing them everyday, for almost a month. I'm not new to extensions so I do know that some shedding is normal in the beginning. The shedding has been extreme, which makes me wonder if my hair is still 230 grams. The clips and the part that's sewn has been ruined on two of the clips. sigh so disappointed
