Foxylocksextensions 

I didnt get the item I ordered (and didn't receive any tracking info, although i payed for the tracked delivery), so I didnt know when the item arrived (I wasnt home at the time of delivery), so I couldn't receive it. Customer service didn't want to pay me the full refund including delivery costs (which were £9.50). I dont think I'll order anymore from here, the customer service were really ignorant, they pretended they had no idea what i'm talking about, didn't want to further answer my emails and apparently I threw £9.50 through the window (which is quite a lot for me as a student from Slovenia).

The hair is not all human. It's mixed stay well clear and don't waste your money. It is impossible to straighten or curl. It's just a big fuzzy mess.

Honestly so amazing! I was so skeptical about buying from a different brand other than Beauty works online for my hair extensions but after reading amazing reviews i decided to branch out and order the 24 inch seamless latte blonde extensions and when they arrived they were more than the perfect colour for my hair i could cry im so happy with them! they are so long and thick and such amazing quality!

This is the second set of prebonded hair extensions I have had and 1st set was not very good but decided to give benefit of the doubt and try again but these are worse than last set,shedding,matting and like a birds next within a hour of washing and styling,I’m have to have these removed and new hair fitted this week and they only been in 2 weeks,I leave a trail of shedded hair everywhere I go it’s un real,been having hair extensions for 6 years now and these are by far the worst I have ever had,pls avoid purchasing this god awful hair

Hair looks nothing like what i asked for in latte blonde. No contact back from business. Ive actually washed them in hope the fake shine will turn more matte and its now a ball of frizz. About to straighten them will write a review on how they handle heat. But as i run a haor extensions business not clip ins i thought ild try these but unfortunately didnt see this review link till now that i am unhappy . Lovely packaging was all excited and completely gutted as it cost me 150 and they are embaressing to wear atm. Look fake and colour is no where near real blends like website pics. Gutted as was really excited for these. The instagram pics sold it for me. But never again

Probably not quite as good as their hair used to be, but these are by far the best option you can buy on the internet. Hair comes good quality, beautiful condition, all long lengths which is great and so many different shades - more than I'm used to on other sites. Usually last me around 6 months with daily wear, which is much longer than other brands. Loyal customer 100%

AMAZING!!!! - I am being really honest I read reviews because I wasn't sure at first and they really put me off! But I went with my gut and bought the 24 inch 280g black brown clip in extentions, and I can't recommend them more! I get them in a really lovely packaging, came on time, customer service was helpful with me asking questions and the extentions are just amazing so thick and long, I've curled mine and they aren't fake hair at all! Can't recommend these any more I'll defoo be buying these again!

Wow. I’m lmfaooo because they really sent out horse hair as I’m a voodoo priest and use manes to perform rituals and this is it. I have been installing fusion 17 yrs flying to Brazil to get donor hair. I wanted to give my hair a break from color so dyed my extensions and my hair black so I ordered clip ins and guys please don’t be stupid no one sends human hair for 300 bucks sorry. Human hair is too expensive costing 1.00 a gram up to 28 inches here in Miami on wavy limp hair. Look I just figured it would be a better blend since the price was more expensive for clips but there is not one human hair in here at first site. Too much hair=red alert. Took tester washed it and dried up with no issue so I said ok not bad. Took hair put just 2 clips and feels like 5lbs in head people human hair doesn’t weigh so I put all in and said he’ll no. Took the curling iron bunch of hair as couldn’t find my lighter and left it 2 minutes burnt into gewy wax = fake alert. So this is horse/synthetic there is not one human hair strand and anyone that say hair is fantastic good for them as soon as they enter a sauna or exercise this will Matt. I know this as I do hot yoga and tmrrw I bet you it will create a melting nest. The clips are loose and don’t ask me to sew it back myself I’m not a seamstress nor did I pay for loose clips. The clips are loose on some and hard to sew it looks like due to it’s not through weft. I mean if you need hair for few times for a date this will do for a club I don’t know good luck because fake hair and horse hair Matt with heat and humidity

Really bad customer service. Ordered a set of extensions only to be told 2 weeks later that they were out of stock all this time. Refunded me after really poor communication weeks later. Had £150 missing from my bank for over a month. Absolutely terrible! There are so much better extensions out there, with much better customer service.

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order on 28/2 for next day delivery it is now 2/3 and not one person has replied to any of the 3 messages I’ve sent. £100 missing from my bank with zero communication. No tracking number. Nothing. Be warned this place robs you of money and you get no product!!!!!

nestly tragic. Worst extensions I have ever bought, and I am no hair extension novice! I have never seen hair extensions tangle like these in my damn life. I will spend 30-45 minutes brushing these out and slathering them in a quality hair serum, then I put them in and 20 minutes later they are completely matted. Not just the regular tangling you experience with extensions, I’m talking full-on rats nest. I have to bring my extension brush with me everywhere and sneak off to the washroom every 30 minites to brush them, just so they don’t look absolutely horrendous. The clips are also very painful and my hair dresser informed me that they are actually breaking my hair underneath. I have several baald spots where they clip in. I even gave this company the benefit of the doubt and contacted customer support before taking to the internet, and they blamed it all on me. I sent several pictures and they said they have been mishandled, even though I told them I follow all the care steps required. SAVE YOUR MONEY

i hate to put a company down however really bad hair it sheds like crazy.I really wanted to give you a good review but I just can’t lie I hate to put a company down.I will be shopping with Ballmain in future as they have amazing quality hair and amazing customer service.

I’ve ordered from foxylocks before and their hair extensions are good quality etc. However I ordered the espresso ombré 22” and received jet black extensions. A mistake admitted to on their behalf. Needing them for Friday and offered no solution baring in mind this was their mistake. Poor customer service and no regards for their own mistakes. This happened before from another company which sent the correct extensions out the same day as long as I would return the wrong ones the next day (which I did) and also gave me £100 gift card to say sorry. No solution or apology from FoxyLocks. Will not be using again

I have used several brands of extensions. I purchased Foxy Locks several years ago and they used to be good quality. I ordered the seamless Hollywood Blonde clip in extensions. They are horrible. When I first took them out of the package, they were very thin. They were super shiny and looked fake. I washed them and tried turning them with purple shampoo to get rid of some of the yellow tones. It didn’t work so I took them to my hairdresser to have some low lights put in them. She contacted me and said that she tried to different color lines in the hair. The hair will not accept the color at all. That tells me this hair is fake! Stay away!

I ordered 18" platinum blonde and although not a 100% perfect match, still look good!

I really like them and for £77 its very good considering I had easilocks before which cost about £300 to have the micro-beaded and everything.

I've ordered a regular platinum blonde quite a while ago. I am happy with the hair and will order more soon, as I've changed the color again :) Thank you!

Here my problem with foxy locks. I love the hair and the color match. But it's there crappy customer service. On there website it said it include eight wefts of hair (I have a large head to cover). So there for that is what I expected to get, but delivery came and that isn't what I got. I tried contacting then but got a response as it's not always eight clips, it's a non approximate number. So frankly it properly won't be resolved, because they suck as a overall company.

DO NOT BUY!! I’ve been ordering from Foxylocks about 8 years and they used to be so full, real hair and good quality! This will be the last time I order them, the quality is so cheap now and the clips don’t even close properly! I’ve just curled them and they were sticking to my straighteners which they never used to before! So disappointed as I used to love these extensions and now they are so cheaply made!

Worst extensions i have ever used. DO NO BUY... i have been using extensions for the past 7 years and these have been the worst! i paid nearly 200 quid for the thickest set you can get and the quality was horrific.... the hair is defiantly not real!! They clump up everytime i was to go outside i had to brush them every 10 mins they also melted on my straightners this hair is FAKE!! i had these a month and had to bin them because they were that bad. looked horrific.

Hey guys Zara here from Ireland 😊 I'm over the moon with my extensions. I ordered 24 inch in sandy blonde and its a perfect colour match! I did have to do research on the colours through instagram and YouTube..I wouldn't trust the pictures displayed on the site..the only compliant would be the delivery price..I'm only in Ireland and it cost ten euro for normal shipping! I seen that in america you can get free delivery if you spend over fifty pounds which is a load of bollox! They need to sort that out but the hairs perfect so im happy
