Help with a preorder
I wanted to exchange an exclusive edition for a signed exclusive edition that had been restocked. I was informed that a direct exchange isn’t possible but my order could be cancelled and I could reorder. This was accomplished very easily with the guidance of excellent customer service.

Royal Mail delivered my package to the wrong house, and Foyles replaced it for free after I wrote in. Received the book in a few days! Couldn’t have asked for a more satisfying experience. Beth was really kind and understanding through the whole process.

Foyles are taking care about customers in different ways. You feel very comfortable and respected visiting stores. And with communication as well there are no any problems as it is in many other places where you have to wait for long or even for ever ... I got all answers on my questions in a very short time, very kind and with professionally precise explanation - not too much and not too less.
I have ordered book and I will need not to waste my time to go and get it. I just paid online, but book will be delivered to my door. Very comfortable. Thank you! :)
