Very helpful customer service

I had superb, speedy help from Alyssa to solve the web access to my account right at the end of the working day. Thanks Alyssa! I love Foyles & was particularly glad that the Waterloo branch re-opened (but sorry it no longer had its beautiful page-design light shades ☹️).

Book Banning

Foyles Waterloo not stocking Graham Linehan's "Tough Crowd" because they disagree with his views. Banning books is one step away from burning books.

It is untrue that Foyles Waterloo are not stocking this title and our records show that there is a copy there currently. Of course, occasionally a shop will temporarily run out of copies before a new delivery arrives, but our booksellers can always place an order for customers.

Help with a preorder

I wanted to exchange an exclusive edition for a signed exclusive edition that had been restocked. I was informed that a direct exchange isn’t possible but my order could be cancelled and I could reorder. This was accomplished very easily with the guidance of excellent customer service.

HELP WITH GIFT CARDS

Excellent customer service

I just wanted to highlight some fantastic customer service from Alyssa via email today , the response time was outstanding , she sorted out my issue quickly and efficiently
I’d emailed out of hours and i got a reply next morning before 9am which is brilliant
When I lived in London , it was always my first port of call , it’s nice to support a great bookshop so thanks again

Excellent customer service

Royal Mail delivered my package to the wrong house, and Foyles replaced it for free after I wrote in. Received the book in a few days! Couldn’t have asked for a more satisfying experience. Beth was really kind and understanding through the whole process.

ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE

Foyles are taking care about customers in different ways. You feel very comfortable and respected visiting stores. And with communication as well there are no any problems as it is in many other places where you have to wait for long or even for ever ... I got all answers on my questions in a very short time, very kind and with professionally precise explanation - not too much and not too less.
I have ordered book and I will need not to waste my time to go and get it. I just paid online, but book will be delivered to my door. Very comfortable. Thank you! :)
