Kitchen design and fit
Recently had a kitchen fitted which was designed by Ben Roberts in the Nottingham showroom.Its an excellent kitchen, exactly what we wanted! We are really pleased with it and highly recommend this firm to other people.The installation team did a great job! Thanks to Ben and everyone at Frank Key.

I called to chase delivery and was directed promptly to the correct department the gentleman that answered was helpful and polite. Great experience. Delivery driver was super helpful and didn’t mess about dropped safely.

Delivery arrived nice and early, the driver with a small flat bed (no crane) handballed over 500kg off on his own refusing my help.
Some bloke 👍
35 kg slabs are way beyond the H&S limitation for one man !

Good value hire equipment
Hired a wall paper stripper for a weekend. Got a great price and equipment worked really well.
The staff however don't know you can book and pay on line.

I had a few issues with the website
I had a few issues with the website. A few times, I had items disappear from my shopping list. Once sorted it worked fine. The delivery driver notified me via phone, pror to arrival and was quick to get my stuff dropped. He accidently left a allet with some othe ritems but this was taken back really quickly.
I had items that were faulty. After messaging to show the issue. I had the new items i my possession by the next day
Good proces and great service, only let down with the faulty items but rectification was swift.
