From the minute we walked into the kitchen showroom at Frank Keys, Daybrook, Nottingham, we knew we had made the right choice. We were dealt with professionally and not pressurised at all. Our kitchen was designed by Ben, he really listened and produced our dream kitchen. Fitter Richard, Jamie, Kenny and all his team were a pleasure to have in our house. They did an amazing job, overcoming any hurdles quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and they took pride in producing a kitchen of the highest quality. Thank you all. Would highly recommend *****

Dream kitchen
We’ve been using Frank Key kitchen fittings for almost six months now, and we couldn’t be happier. The materials are sturdy, high-quality, and have held up beautifully with daily use. They look absolutely fabulous and have added a stylish touch to our place.
We were fortunate to work with Ben who has been so understanding and kind. He tolerated our multiple changes and everything was well within budget. The value we received far exceeded our expectations. Ben was also wonderfully collaborative with our contractor, coordinating smoothly so we didn’t need to worry about a thing. They handled the project seamlessly from their end, which made the whole process stress-free for us.
On top of that, Ben’s customer service has been exceptional—he follows up, checks in, and makes sure everything is working perfectly even after installation.
We truly couldn’t ask for more in terms of product quality, service, and overall experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent service
Excellent service. From Stephen in the sales office to Sam the delivery driver. Stephen was so helpful and patient as we weren’t sure on our purchase. Delivery was really quick too.

Unhelpful sales manager
Sales manager not helpful when mentioned same products cheaper in wickes . Not interested in matching prices . Ie charging £2.34 more than wickes ( if using 10% discount card ) . On 1 bag of multifinish!! .. and didn't care when mentioned. Don't get served by him . Other members of the team always very helpful.

Very easy to deal with
Very easy to deal with. Hired floor sander and edging sander via online. Collected by my trades person who also got extra sanding sheets. It wasn't a problem, they just called me a few days later to pay outstanding balance over the phone.
