I wouldn’t recommend this pet insurance…
I wouldn’t recommend this pet insurance as I was with them for 4.5 years with my giant Newfoundland and I paid nearly £100 a month I sadly lost my boy in march and this insurance was absolutely disgusting with how they dealt with the loss of my boy and policy , They wouldn’t cover atopy condition to full premium couldn’t go any higher if you have claim at anytime don’t pay for home visits don’t pay anything for cremation and pay percentage of purchase price but only go to £1000 anything over they take for themselfs . I think you need to have a look around read the small print , expensive policy , and customer care is below 0 theres is better insurance out there and that would treat you like a valid customer.

Frank is one of the few providers that allows mid-term policy adjustments, meaning you can increase your cover and add Boosters at any point during the policy term, not just at renewal. Any new conditions noted after the increase is submitted would then benefit from the additional cover.
Within the pet insurance industry, it is standard that cremation costs are not covered, and that a sliding scale applies to the purchase price of your pet, typically up to £1,000. While we understand this can never replace your beloved pet, we hope it may help with some of the costs incurred along the way.
