Denied a claim for invalid reason.
Denied a claim with the reasoning that it was a pre-existing condition even though my dog has never before been to the vets for this condition. Plus I was completely honest about when symptoms first started - which was well within my policy start date.

We’ve been with Frank for a couple of years now and I cannot fault them. It’s easy to complete a claim and they complete it within days with the money either going straight to our vets or to ourselves.

Insured my gorgeous Labrador boy Henry…
Insured my gorgeous Labrador boy Henry through frank insurance, we have sadly lost him at 12 and half but frank were quick to settle our claim for Henry medications/vet’s visit and at home euthanasia - excess was quite high due to his age but overall would recommend frank insurance- could do with a telephone number to contact but if you request a call back they call back quickly and are responsive via email. Would use again should ever be lucky enough to have another dog in the future
