I had ordered a hat that they said was available and a couple days later after I was charged they emailed me that items wasn’t in stock, They did refund my money but I search the internet for the same hat and they still had it available on there site Even though they don’t have it, they should update there inventory before charging someone for an item and wasting people’s time

Frank's knows what Customer service is all about . I wanted to order a hat , but due to certain conditions it looked like I might've had to go down to visit the storefront in order to get it , after an email with some identification sent down they were able to save me a trip down.
