really obliging...
needed some feathers very quickly for an Easter bonnet (the making of which was sprung on me in the eleventh hour by my six year old). sent an e-mail the next day explaining my situation & had a very friendly response saying that the feathers had just been sent out first class. The feathers turned up not just in plenty of time, but in excellent order - brilliant!

Good products, Shipping quality issue
We have one main complain about the packaging quality. Sometimes canford paper is wraped inside a plastic film, which helps a lot. Many times they are not, the paper sheet arrive wrinkled at the edges, inside the simple cardboard box, which is a loss for us because we need a clean cut of the A4 for our use.
Our last order also contained red paper without the tag which was a different red from the guardsman red we normally order. Maybe this was due to a difference in the die bath?
Positive aspects: your website is well done, it is easy to order, orders always arrive on time.
One detail : we don't pay with credit card because your form asks for issue n° of the card. What is it? We don't see this number on our card information... (we do PayPal then)
