I highly recommend Richard and Suzanne. As first time buyers we had lots of questions and worries but Richard was always patient and took time to guide us in what was the best options for us. Buying your first home is a very scary step, I cannot be happier that Richard and Suzanne were there to help, they definitely made it less scary for me. A fantastic experience working with Richard & Suzanne. My situation of securing a mortgage was unique in ways due to the self employed nature of my work, but Richard really gave me all of my options and took my case very seriously, presenting me with options I could understand and consider with confidence.

We had this really long home buying process for our First home, which was a New build property. In addition to getting best deal and alternate qoutes after our offer expired few times, Richard & Suzanne went beyond their own scope of work to guide us with the buying process.

I had a complicated case for my mortgage application. The advisor took the time to understand my needs and helped find the right product. They assisted throughout the process, were very punctual and timely in their responses. We hit an obstacle in the process and they were able to find me an alternative product super quickly!

This is the second time our family has had the pleasure of working with Richard and Suzanne. Fantastic service as before, and very efficient, the mortgage offer was secured within 2 days of the application! Richard and Suzanne are an excellent team. I will be working with them again for a remortgage later this year.

I have no idea how mortgage works, but they simplified the process for me and helped me to secure a good mortgage as well as using the help to buy scheme, so that I can buy my house and make repayment in a better rate. They did not charge me for the service, which is a huge positive for me as compared to other mortgage broker in the market. As first time buyers in a uncertain market we did not have an idea what we were doing but they kept us up to date with every step forward and they answered every question we had in detail. They were very responsive to all of our calls/emails.

My Mortgage process has dragged on for the past eight months but the quality of advice and service has been always impeccable.

There was once a time where the rates increased while the mortgage provider was re-confirming my offer. Suzanne and Richard successfully negotiated with their contact at the mortgage provider to maintain the original lower rate.

My case is not a simple one and I have used paid broker before. I would say the service provided by Richard is beyond the service I had 5 years ago with the paid service. The team is professional, always ready to answer your questions, patient and hard working.

They may be just one of many brilliant broker agencies, but what is important to you is to find such a good one. I would recommend them without a doubt.
