Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 65 reviews, most reviewers had an average experience overall. Many customers express significant dissatisfaction with the company's subscription and payment practices, frequently reporting automatic renewals without prior notification. This often leads to unexpected charges, and people find it difficult to obtain refunds for these unwanted renewals, even when the app hasn't been used. Some consumers feel the company relies on customers forgetting about renewals and then hides behind non-refundable policies, which they perceive as anti-consumer. However, some customers also noted positive aspects regarding the app itself. Many users appreciate the app's effectiveness, finding it helpful for fitness goals and consistent training. People describe the app as intuitive, with clear exercise videos and engaging workouts that adapt to their needs. Some reviewers even consider the app fantastic and have used it religiously for extended periods.

Freeletics is far from free

Freeletics is far from free. I unsubscribed from the training coach app and cancelled the auto renewal, or at least I thought I had. I have now been robbed of $194 for the training coach and nutrition coach bundle which I never had originally. I have applied for a refund but received an auto generated email explaining that there's basically no chance of that happening. There is no way of speaking to a human either via telephone or email and it seem that their customer service department is non existent. I have well and truly been scammed.
My advice to anyone thinking of subscribing to Freeletics is to definitely not bother, unless you want dramas later on down the road.

Quite good, recommended…

Quite good and I can agree with other reviews. On the otherhand, some features are not logical or I would prefer better settings according to your body level and abilities. And I think, does not take in the account your age.

Freeletics keeps me fit

I started with FL many years ago, but never really got into it. Now, I am back in and saw a big change in the app compared to the app many years ago. It has added features that helps me keeping me onbaord and train consistently. I have finished my first, fully tailored, training journey of 6 weeks and read to rock on for many more journeys.

Freeletics is the game changer

Using Freeletics was really a game changer for me!
The good thing is that the coach gives me a feeling of having a companion or personal coach during the whole session! Also, It’s been a while since I am forcing myself to keep working out almost everyday, It doesn’t matter where I am or what equipments I have. For this purpose, I Adapt my sessions based on my situation at that moment and I am able to do my daily workouts no matter what

Super motivating training

Super motivating training, the coaching plans are actually really good. I've been trianing with them for a couple of months now and I'm more consistent with my training than on other programs before. Lost a bunch of weight, gained some muscle and I'm A LOT fitter than I used to. Pretty amazing tbh

Super intelligent AI coach built-in!

I think this would be my main go-to app to rely on when making my independent in-home workout schedule. The AI system that adapts easily to so many parameters, the auality of the workouts supplied per your designated schedule is next-level. Great job at this guys, and keep it up!

Best app ever. I am confident about myself now.

One of the best investments I made for my wellbeing and confidence. Once you start working out and see results, you will not stop. In my case it was simple to train at home without any equipment and save lot of time going to a gym.

This company is a auto renewal scam

This company is a auto renewal scam.
Freeletics get people to try their app free of charge and then they charge your account massive amounts of money without letting you know (no confirmation that you are in a costumer relationship with them, no warning that they will withdraw money and no receipt), and this goes on for years until you suddenly notice. But when you ask to get your money back they do not pay you your money back and their costumer service is terrible.

I would most strongly not reccomend using this app, it is also quite crap and it will end up costing you loads of money without you knowing it. I also recommend not supporting scam companies.
