Ordered a new bean to cup coffee machine on Sunday, dispatched on Monday, arrived on Tuesday in perfect condition and best price i could find online. Honestly couldn’t ask for more.

Would never recommend this company returned a faulty Carpet washer they still deducted their collection and a restocking fee. Shameful, the bank are taking it up with mastercard to charge back. Buying is fine but returning is a whole other headache

We purchased a Miele hoover, within an hour of ordering I had an email confirming that it was being despatched. Then a little latter was informed that it will be delivered the following day. IT WAS. Under 24 hrs . Thank you. Also the price was £20 cheaper than the nearest competitor at £299.00 PLUS it was postage free. I also phoned Freenet to ask about an extended warrantee, the phone was answered real quick and the Lady was very polite and friendly.
