Fantastic service and price. Got from the UK to Australia in about 5 days. Thats quicker than I can get items within Australia sent to me. That and the price including shipping was way lower than in Oz. Fantastic seller. Will use again.

Hi Peter,
Unfortunately Fastway Couriers in Australia made a decision that would not deliver to parcel locker addresses as they required a signature, this was not conveyed to the main company WNDirect or yo ourselves.
Thankfully, this has now been resolved & they are now again accepting parcel locker addresses.
Once we found they were not going to deliver to that address we asked you for a full address which you gave & your parcel was redelivered by DHL and we included one of our little goody packs & an apology letter.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

We have set up a system in which we send at least 3/4 emails to inform customers all way through the process until they receive their parcel.
