Went above and beyond to make good an issue with shipping
Experienced an issue with delayed shipping. Item was sent back to freestylextreme due to receiving country not accepting size of item. After discussing issue with freestylextreme team, they were extremely apologetic and offered a generous gift as an apology. I have never experienced such genuine care for the customer that the freestylextreme team provided. They were excellent. Thank you freestylextreme

Love this backpack
Love this backpack. Bought it for my son for High School, it fits everything, Laptop, water bottle, 2 sets of glasses, phone pocket, FM Hearing System, books,pens, iPad, iPod, wallet. Bus pass, Id. And Lunch box when the mood strikes.
