Very easy to deal with.
I changed my order after shipping and unfortunately the product had sold out. They contacted me very quickly and offered solutions and kept me up to date throughout the resolution process. The issue was delt with very well and I never felt uncomfortable.
I will be shopping at freestyleXtreme again and with confidence. Parcels have always arrived within the predicted time frame.
