I had been told by a member of staff, that i couldn’t exchange my coat which was faulty, and would have to refund and repurchase, and I would need to do the repurchase myself, however when I went in to a store the individual I saw could not have been more helpful in offering to and processing the exchange; also when I had not received the email confirmation, i called the store and the same staff member very kindly contacted customer services to confirm it had all gone through and called me back to confirm; she did all this willingly and with a very helpful and positive approach. In addition, my replacement coat was delivered in less than 24 hours.
I was so disappointed when my coat had a fault, but have been delighted with the approach Superdry and it’s staff took to resolving it.
Excellent company, hope they reopen
Excellent company. Bought skateboarding parts for a new build for my son, and the items arrived within a few days. They also sent free stickers and sunglasses as a welcome and thank you. Really gutted they have ceased trading and hope they are able to get back to reopen.

Send several emails asking for updates on my items, Received an email today 15th of August advising that the company has ceased and no product distributions will take place! Yep same as everyone else, just paid £550, no delivery, can't even contact them - the company appears to have gone, no website.
Sick as... I havent bought any clothes for years, so this was a huge shop for me, of which i had factored in that I would be returning some of it. Now im stuck with the whole bill and no goods at all.
