Looks like they took a few people including myself for a couple hundred, really nasty the way they still took money and orders knowing they would never deliver the goods.
Theres an Interesting website, search for COMPANIES HOUSE and then search for FREESTYLEXTREME TRADING LIMITED then go to PEOPLE.

If it looks too good to be true, even from a reputable company, it is.
Now I thought £42.99 for a North Face base camp duffel bag sounded too good to be true. With a previous 5* trust pilot rating, secure connection and even shown on Google shopping, I ordered anyway. I recieved order confirmation only to find out the company were hard discounting products (a price less than half of any I have seen) to entice last minute sales knowing full well they were going bust. Such a deliberate attempt to con unsuspecting customers is criminal. To further this point, the website now displays a message stating they will be 'back in 2 minutes' rather than directly addressing the fact of the matter that they have ceased trading and run off with our money.
I bought the bag amongst other items as me and my girlfriend are heading on our travels. Now bag-less and over £70 down I am left chasing Barclays. Irritatingly, section 75 only covers single item sales of £100+. Good luck to all attempting a charge back order and I would urge you all to contact trading standards to build a case against these con-artists.

Placed an order, went to followup after a week and received an automatically reply that the company has ceased trading and I should chase payments with PayPal or visa. They would of known and this is why they had great sale prices, to rob people before they disappeared, scumbags

What a great experience from a first-time buyer of your company to spend my money on your products only to find out the next day that the business has gone out of business and taken my money with them. If you're gonna go out, go out with your head up high and not as a bunch of thieves. Can't feel bad for a company that hits a hard time but decides to screw their clients at the same time who have no fault in this. Still hoping to get my money back through the bank, but we'll see. I can't say anything wrong about them. I was ordering stuff from this website about three years and was always happy with the service and with quality of goods, even when I had to do returns, they were helpful and always refund me on time. Last week, just the day before the "site maintenance", me and my wife ordered like 10 items, they were sent the same day and delivered next day in great quality as always. Now I understand we were f***ing lucky as yesterday I found out they finished the business and I'm really sad about that, also sad about the way they did it and I'm sorry for you guys. Unfortunately this business has gone bust so you won't be able to get your order if you have already paid. Luckily for me I paid through PayPal credit so they will refund me after 11 days but if you paid any other way you'll be lucky to get any of it back. They knew they were gonna go bust yet still. Took everyone's money. No doubt they'll open a new business soon. Just try and find out who the people running this business is then make sure you let as many people as possible know if they open another one. Good luck all in trying to get your money back

Bad after sales experience
Ordered a Evoc bag with a hydration pack, there was a small delay on delivery. Nothing major, when I received the package I filled up the hydration pack and there was a puncture in the bag. Send them a email, later on I was responding to three different people from FreestyleXtreme. In the end after a few weeks I got a message about sending me a new one. With a goodie bag for the inconvenience, it taken almost four weeks from the first reply to collecting the new hydration pack. The goodie bag they send was rubbish, a flag and some sunglasses with there brand.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
In today’s times, customer service is at its ultimate low. I had to contact Alien Shade in regards to a missing bungee, WOW, is all I can say, within 15 minutes I had an email, within moments after the initial email I had another answer! Courteous, friendly and all around caring! NOT many businesses can state this. I buy on line and have never had CUSTOMER SERVICE like this. I will be doing business with them again in the future.

Bought a snowboard online 25. July, made the payment, got a confirmation. Then silence. The website goes down 1 hour after purchase. No one answering phone, answering machine. As I cant get to the contact info online, I reply on the confirmation late on friday and gets this automatic response:

Made an order July 24, got the automated email about the shipping but no word since, after days of emails to the point I just told them to go F themselves they sent another automated email saying they have ceased trading so anyone who has made an order they needs to go the PayPal or there bank to try and get the money back as they have said there is no guarantee your order will be shipped or that you will get money back

UPDATE!!!! ...I managed to claim my money back from this company (via my bank Natwest) after paying by debit card for the transaction. If you're a UK customer and paid by debit card/credit card then google "chargeback scheme"...you should be covered!!

I am keeping this a neutral review for now, as they still have opportunity to remedy my concern... I am having worries I could have been scammed about $1000. I wouldn't order from these guys at the moment until they get themselves sorted.
