Closed Store

I received this message a while ago and have a pending order, i really found that the prices and shipping were somehow low this week. Just hope i didn´t get scammed.

This is the hardest email I’ve ever had to write in my life. I’m afraid that the FreestyleXtreme Group has ceased trading.
If you are a customer waiting for an order, I would suggest you
contact PayPal or your credit card provider and claim the money back, as you may not receive your goods.
As a family business operating since 2003 this is devastating, but times are tough and many other companies are in the same
situation right now.
Thanks to everyone that has had any involvement with the company over the last 16 years, it’s been one hell of a ride.

The worst customer service

Genuinely some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered my bag from FreestyleXtreme. The money was taken from my account so I expected my item to be posted fairly soon. I waited a week after ordering but hadn't heard anything so contacted customer services. They said the bag would be posted the next day and they'd update my once it had been. 5 days later I still hadn't heard anything so I sent another email. I got no response and emailed again 2 days later. Still no response. Sent another email. Still nothing.
I will never order from this company again and wouldn't recommend that anyone else orders with them either. This service is so poor and they repeatedly ignore customers wanting an update on an item that they've already taken money for. Avoid.

Can absolutely recommend

Chose this company to buy motorcycle boots from, as they were the cheapest.
Very pleased with how fast they delivered, and great customer care.

Appalling delivery (or lack of!)
4th July - Order confirmed, quote
'Thanks for your order and welcome to the FreestyleXtreme family. The warehouse guys are processing your order right now and you will get another email once it's dispatched to let you know your stuff is on its way.' Estimated delivery date 17th July
11th July - No confirmation of despatch so I called the company who explained that they could see that the item was at 'pick' but they were in the 'process of moving their warehouse facillity in Europe' hence the delay - I received an email confirming quote,
'As discussed, your order will be dispatched tomorrow (July 12th), at latest, and you should be able to expect delivery on the 17th'
Item did not arrive on the 17thJuly.
Following a further email chasing the order on 18th July I got the response quote
' Thank you for your email and sorry for the delay experienced!
Looking into your order, I can see that it's now in "Pick", so it should be on the way to you shortly. The item was on the way from our second warehouse in Europe and we experienced some delays due to an issue in the Channel Tunnel. The tracking details should follow shortly after the order will get dispatched. In case you need our assistance with anything else, please let us know'

Feeling fobbed off - I await with bated breath.
Update! Result! - Within minutes of this review I had a personal call from the head honcho of FreeStyleXtreme with a 'proper' explanation of what went wrong with my order - and an instant refund! Seems this company is having a few issues currently but kudos to the top guy for sorting my issue promptly. Star rating upgraded from * to **** as a result of this outstanding response.

Had a problem with delivery - all resolved .

Update * company contacted me and offered refund for delivery and updated me item would be arriving that day, item arrived perfect well packed and exactly as described. Apparently tracking emails although sent by them had failed to deliver correctly. All was resolved quickly and efficiently in the end, would happily use again.

This company sent and email telling me my order was being dispatched the same day and tracking details would follow, they never did and the item never arrived.
I contacted them and received an email telling me I would be contacted ASAP, despite sending more emails I was not contacted.

I have just purchased a Caberg Duke ll

I have just purchased a Caberg Duke ll, modular helmet.
It is a great fit (I already had a Caberg ego helmet to use as a guide for size).
The delivery time to New Zealand was excellent. The helmet was well packaged.
Some modular helmets can be a bit noisier, however I have found the noise levels very acceptable.
All in all, the service from FreestyleXtreme was superb and the helmet was great.

Very efficient online shop, highly recommended.
My initial ordered got an issue with the delivery (not their responsibility, but from the transporter). And they sent me another one without extra charges !

Took over 2 weeks to get my DVs...I had…

Took over 2 weeks to get my DVs...I had to return them as the toe box delaminated. I used there “hassle free” return which is book, box and return! The return has taken over 16 days will still no outcome. Speaking to someone I was told I would receive a refund...nothing after a week and now I was told I had to send photos first which is not mention on the return policy.
I fear I may either not get my trainers back or a refund!
I work in retail and this is not acceptable...I would never use again and if you read this review don’t buy from freestyle Extreme as the customer service is shocking!

Faulty Merchandise
Our faulty returns policy covers your product from 30 days to 12 months depending on the item and manufacturer. Each return will be dealt with as an individual case.
If you believe your product is defective please contact Customer Services at uk@freestylextreme.com explaining the fault and supply supporting photography of the item which show the defect/s. We will then send this information onto the suppliers and contact you once we hear from them. If our suppliers accept your claim, we will ask you to return the goods back to us. Please inform us of the defect as soon as you can and do not continue to use the item as this may affect our assessment. If we deem your product faulty we will replace or refund the item and refund your postage costs.

Please note that you returned the shoes, without sending us this supporting evidence and expected us to refund you for a "faulty item" which we have never even had the chance to look at. I'm sorry, but no one will refund you for something they haven't received or had the chance to look at.

After I explained to you, that we need to wait for the item to be received at our returns centre, you simply hung up the phone.

I can only apologies for a potential misunderstanding with our returns policy, but you will have to wait for the return to arrive, before we can process and potentially accept your claim.

Please don't worry, as you will either receive your shoes back or a refund in case the claim is granted.

An absolute shambles

They sent a few emails whilst the order was being processed, which suggested they were on top of things. Since receiving my parcel, I’m feeling much less positive. Return/exchange process and post-delivery communication are shambolic.

Was awful... turned out good !

22/07/2019 Update: following initial review the company got in touch with me to put things right. Their supplier had let them down and while they were trying to get me my item in time they kept in touch with me all the way. Rating now amended to reflect.

07/07/2019: Awful. Delivery date missed and further supplier issues. Money taken prior to despatch. Won't use this company again.
